Very stylish and comfortable interior, relaxed and casual atmosphere, comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped with luggage storage while we waited for our evening flight out of Amsterdam. Easy access to our hotel room, even later in the evening when coming home from events.
Slightly far from the nearest tram stop, especially if you have luggage, but not impossible.

Even with very few guests, the wait was unacceptably long. The room was not cleaned properly, with trash, hair and foodstuff from previous guests… Uärk.
Service was extremely slow. Cleaning was as if it didn't happen other than making the bed.

Everything was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room, and the amenities. The breakfast was awesome and well worth it. 20-25 from city center, but we really liked how quiet it was.

BEDBUGS: Keep away. I tried to look for them when we came in the evening, as I always do, but the bed is black and teh room semi-dark so it is difficult to inspect. My son was covered in bites the day after. The staff understandably denies any existence of bedbugs.

The staff were fantastic, we had requests to help with storing our bicycles which we used to travel to Amsterdam which the hotel accommodated. We were also able to store our luggage as we had a whole day in Amsterdam before we returned home on the day of check out.
The location is a little outside the city center, it appears to be residential suburb, there is a lot of transport options to get around but there is not much nearby in terms of tourist activities or lunches.

The location was nice (close to the train station) and the staff was all very friendly.
The windowless room was not the same room from the pictures, my main issue is that the bathroom and the shower both had a glass door and no privacy. Especially since the toilet is right next to the bed, and there's a gap below and above the door.

The room exceeded my expectations. Bed was large and comfortable and the shower area was very luxurious. Service and staff were excellent and always very helpful with our requests.
Nothing, everything was great. Nothing to do with the hotel, but its location is in an area surrounded by a neighbourhood which is outside of the tourist zone/city centre. It takes about half an hour to get to the centre by bus or tram, just for your information!
