This is a really great hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing! Good to have a safe in the room.
Our room was very quiet.
The breakfast was really good - even for vegans!
The staff were very helpful and nice.
Great to be able to book bicycles from the hotel itself.
The location is great. Out of the centre so quiet yet within a short distance of the tram/train station Lelylaan where a frequent running sprinter train takes you to the centre in 10 minutes.
Can't really complain about breakfast as it was so good, but perhaps more hot vegan choices would be good e.g. vegan sausages. Also a vegan yoghurt would be great.

The accommodation and atmosphere were amazing, however the location created difficulties for our stay. Not a fault on thee hotel itself, just my planning.

It was clean
Much overstated in their advertising/ marketing. The rooms are clean but very plain and simple, industrial standard. The area around the location isn’t nice, you will depend on tram or bikes to get to the nicer parts of Amsterdam. The hotel charges extra for bike rental, the bikes didn’t have functioning lights. Be very careful about the parking conditions as there is loads of parking in front of the hotel but it does NOT belong to the hotel. Apparently, there’s other private parking that has to be reserved and paid extra, unfortunately the hotel failed to inform us about this and we ended up paying extortionate parking fines. The hotel manager didn’t care about this at all. Overall, disappointing experience.

The property was very clean and the staff were lovely. The 24hr pizza deal was great which was made fresh upon request. The location was good too, only a few minutes walk to the train station/metro and not too far from tram stop to get into the city. Rembrandt and Vondelpark are all walkable too which was nice.
Wish there was a bit more storage but other than that no complaints.

The room was spotless and staff were really friendly. Location was perfect to get to and from the airport. About an hour walk from the city centre, so we had to rely on public transport, which was okay with us.
The room wasn't quite spacious enough to be a twin room. Also of the beds were separated further, it would interfere with the light panels. Furthermore, there wasn't enough storage space for clothes of two people.

Hotel is comfortable, staf are helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is almost like visiting family. Excellent location if you like peace and quiet, but also really well conected by public transport to all parts of Amsterdam, airport and inter city. Stayed for a week. Loved it!

The staff at the Hotel couldn't have been nicer. They were kind, supportive and thoughtful. Fatima was wonderful.
The breakfast is excellent, everything was spotless.
It's very close to Lelylann station and a few min walk to the bus stop.
Although not close to the centre it's within easy access and well worth a visit.
