Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff
It was a bit far out of the city and metro is a fair walk. The staff told us there was a boat scheduled to go to the central station at 9:30 (10:00 on Sunday) neither arrived. A bit more coordination might have helped.

Staff was amazing! When we arrived we’ve been welcomed by one of the staff member called Ferenc who was absolutely amazing. Offered us tips for shopping, sightseeing and what sort of transportation to take and how to get to the tourist part. Even when we left the staff was super king and helpful of our further enquiries and even supported us. Overall super staff and breakfast was good.
Pillows were not that great. Way too soft for our liking and not so comfortable. We struggled a bit

Nice building, bathroom was nice, it was a good overall suite and there were English TV channels for when we wanted to relax
It was expensive with no breakfast included and then breakfast was expensive on top.

Close to the metro, nice mattress, enough space, nice bathroom, has iron, tea, coffee.
Small details e.g. the cups are too big for the coffee machine, the faucets are worn.

Staff were friendly and distance to metro was walkable. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant also Uber eats delivered. Easy location for Uber or Bolt pickup. Close to park and walking distance to the some sites including the upside down (museum). Metro station was only 3-4 quick stops to central station and you can get anywhere from there. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam.
Nothing to complain about but I wish I could've spent more time in Amsterdam. Will definitely return!!!
