I stayed here because prices in May in central Amsterdam are crazy. It is an easy Metro ride(10 minutes) from Central Station. The hotel is 1 minute walk from Noord station. The room was fine with nothing to complain about. Breakfast options were good. More English language TV options than usual.
Even though it's a quick ride to central Amsterdam, it's still a ride that takes effort at end of a tiring day. While breakfast options were good, quality was mediocre.

Very clean, quiet, modern room. We both loved the bed. The entire hotel was meticulous and the staff was very customer focused. The location is perfect if you want to be close to mass transit because it’s almost next door to the Noord Station.
The street that fronts the hotel is run down and looks a little scary but we never had any problems or felt unsafe.

The rooms were confortable and well organised. The localisation was perfect to explore Amsterdam as we were near from the subway station. We are grateful for the services offered in this hotel.

Not in the heart of things, but in a good way. We were able to easily enjoy the city during the day but retreat here for a quieter time in the evening. Transportation to everything from just outside the doors.

Super convenient, it's located in the quiet suburb part of Amsterdam - 2 stations away from Central. Rooms are simple, clean and quite spacious. Located right next to the metro station, means easy access for families and those travelling with elderly parents.
Trash collection area quite near the entrance area, needs to be cleaned regularly would make for a better customer experience walking in and out of the hotel area.

The bathroom especially the shower was excellent. Liked the fact that the room was serviced daily. The bed linen was lovely fresh white cotton . The air conditioning and heating system worked well. Easy access to the metro and excellent street food choices nearby . I unfortunately had a fall in reception and the staff were excellent caring for me and calling an ambulance.
Only a very small point but a small biscuit with the tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice.
