Staff were rude - booking.com claim your taxes are included until you get there and then have to pay even more fees. Booking.com refuse to take responsibility and the hotel refuse to check you in. Staff are not helpful apart from the odd 1/2

Staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean, well equipped and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable.
Also the train station is right next to it and you can get towards Amsterdam Centraal Main Station in 5 minutes, or take a Bus or Tram from there as well.
