Near the train station, good and comprehensive breakfast, daily cleaning,
Hard way to finding luggage wardrobe and I think key for wardrobe is better and easier to opening than password-system, too early closing of bar

In my opinion, this place feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and caring. The atmosphere is youthful, with a shared dining area and various activities that make it easy to socialize.
The location is convenient, as it is very close to the train station.
The room itself was not very comfortable and felt more like a hostel. The heating and cooling system was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the corridor and inside the room.
Basic essentials were missing, and the bedding was not very clean. One of our friends even had to sleep very close to the sink, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this place again.

Clean room, minimalist but with the necessary things. Easy access to Metro. private parking
room was clean but all shared areas not at all. Hotel was crowded with noisy teenagers that were screaming in the corridor till 2 am as well as knocking at the doors. Breakfast was overcrowded, missing free tables, dirt tables and tecno loud music in the breakfast room. I informed the reception that 1 out of 3 elevators were working, the second day of this problem, and the staff unkindly told me to not complaint since we were staying at the third floor and there were other people having more stairs to do...

It was generally clean. The location was perfect, very close to train, bus and tram stations. The hotel is recommendable for families with children. My boys loved the pancakes for breakfast. The games at the lobby was perfect for early school age children.

Location was good, very close to public transport. Room was clean.
Hallways were filthy, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Everything seems to be made to milk you of money. If you want them to clean your room, it costs quite a lot. We didn't need it staying just 2 nights, but for longer stays that's a nasty hidden cost. Luggage room costs extra and needs to be pre-booked if you arrive earlier than check in time. Or they have paid lockers. Asking the staff for advice on what to visit resulted in some qr codes of offers for tours where the hotel would get a commission. No actual advice. And the "discounts" those coupons gave still made the prices higher than market price for those tours.

Much nicer interior than expected very friendly 24/7 staff and the view was gorgeous. Super clean and didn’t expect and en suite bathroom with towels provided!
Location is garbage to go to on foot but brilliant by train
