The hotel is at the Sloterdijk station, which I realized only after I arrived there. From there you have access to the Regional trains, trams and buses, as well as to the Flixbus.
The hotel is quite big, with several floors and many rooms. The room itself and the bathroom were also big (matches the description). The windows can not be opened, but the room has adjustable ventilation system.
Elevators are roomy and fast.
The shower curtains need some kind of fixing points at the bottom, or maybe some weights so it won't shrink the space inside once you start the shower head.
Some form of shelf would be nice to put the shampoo/shower gel on while showering.

Everything is nice and good, comfortable
They didnt give us new towels , there is no phone in each room when you have concern you have to go literally in the reception using their busy elevators .

It had everything you needed and was quite modern. The communal kitchen was handy and it included a clothes washer and dryer that was easy to use. Cheap games for the kids to play and we loved that a family of 5 could all be in the one room. Loved that it was next door to the train station an a supermarket.
It was a cross between a hotel and a backpackers. Lots of early 20s staying here but they were always respectful and we felt safe. When it said toiletries included I expected soap, shampoo and conditioner, we only had shampoo.

I like the staff named Amor in reception who explained to me everything about the hotel and amenities that we can use and the games and arcades until the breakfast offered to parking our car. I am traveling with 3 young kids so these details were very important to me. Second, my kids really loved our room 639. The bunkbeds and all. We will comeback soon.

In our first room air conditioning was not working so we changed the room and this time the bathroom drain was blocked and we took shower difficulty.. and our last night we didn’t have hot water and we didn’t take shower. I won’t stay here again.

1.The room was 100% clean, and they consistently maintained the cleanliness, changing the towels and linens daily.
2.Location-wise, this is a great deal for all types of travelers. It's near the train, metro, and bus station.
3.During my 11-day stay at this hotel, I would suggest innovating the breakfast menu/options. Since many of your recent customers are from Asian countries, why not consider an Asian breakfast option once a week.
I noticed that younger generations or teenagers are most likely the customers in this hotel, or maybe the school booked the rooms for them. I totally understand the fact that they are enjoying themselves. I was assigned a single room on the 6th floor, but my neighbors were too loud and noisy in the hallway. I think it’s really important for the hotel to add telephones in the rooms to report incidents like the disturbing noise I experienced at 1:00 AM.
