The room was nice and clean and with comfy beds. Great location, right next to the train/metro.
I found the hotel shop a bit ridiculous. It's a hostel (at least part of it), where they put a self service minishop, with the prices of a bar (5-6 euros for a small beer, 21 euros for the cheapest bottle of wine). Either the prices should be more friendly, or don't be surprised if ppl smuggles drink to the room...

Location and ease of use, it was clean and nice. Staff were really friendly and accomodating.

The location is great, it is situated right outside the Amstel station. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities you would need. There are vending machine downstairs for you midnight cravings.
The staff were super polite and very helpful, they suggested places to eat and things to be careful of while travelling in Amsterdam.

There is McD and Jumbo across the street. Hotel location near train station. But you need time and cost to go to Amsterdam city centre.
Room service did not pick up garbage in the hallway and did not vacum either the carpet in the hallway during my stay. It is like giant garbage dump. In the room there is no mug or glass. Difficult for drink.

Great location next to Amstel Station. We also liked that that their was a small playground for our kids to play. The room was big enough for us and it has good noise isolation

Beds were comfy. The curtains really blacked-out the light, so that was great. The rooms were quite warm. And the wifi was working really well.
Most of the staff were nice and helpful but two of them were just rude and had a unkind demeanor and an overall bad attitude. I'm talking specifically about the older Chilean guy (and I say that as a Chilean myself) and the young Spanish girl.

Very good value, right next to Amstel station in which you can take the train, metro and tram. Also walkable to and from the center of Amsterdam.
The only problem I had was that fan in the bathroom wasn't working which left the bathroom with a bad smell.

The hotel has an excellent location, just 2 minutes from the metro station, buses, and trains, which made getting around very easy. The rooms are nice, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was also pleasantly surprised with a free early check-in, which was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a communal kitchen and has a water dispenser; it's a child friendly accommodation and has games room/arcade; a minute away from bus station, train & tram station; within close proximity to fastfood chains & coffee shop.
I booked a quadruple room but I find it small for 4 people even though there was only 3 of us, the bathroom is wheelchair user friendly so there was no countertop to place toiletries on, however, I find it strange that the room is not spacious for a wheelchair user. The tv has only one programme available. The hotel charges you for leaving your luggage which is a very first for me because even hostels let you leave your luggage for free. The pillows need replacement, they're not fluffy anymore
