The location of the hotel is at the confluence of the train, metro & the tram (except that tram no. 12 no longer goes to Amsterdam Central).
An electric kettle with cups and some tea bags will be great.
I don't have bath towels & only face towels in the bathroom.

Hotel located away from City Center but situated near a rail station and with very good connection via Metro to Central Station and tram to Rijksmuseum and other main museums. Supermarket and restaurants/fast food located in it's vicinity. Facilities are very modern, clean and well kept. A kitchen and dinner area are provided and facility to wash/dry laundry. We served a good breakfast at an aditional cost ... Personell was eager to help. We got a room for four and it was fairly comfortable (exept for heat !) Population was basically young.
Weather was very hot (35 C) and room was exposed to sun. Even if AC was active, room got too warm and no window could be opened.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly! Chic went out of his way to help us out since we were older and first time hostile visitors.

The location is JUST PERFECT! Is right next to the Amstel Station which connects to everything. It has breakfast, food for sale and laundry. And there is elevator, so you don’t have to carry you luggage up narrow stairs

The location was great. Very easy access to the train. Check in was easy. We were a large group and they were very accommodating. The facility was very clean ad the breakfast was delicious. Very good selection. Very walkable neighbourhood.
I get the reason for the bunk beds, but as an older adult getting in and out was difficult. Very comfortable though Everyone else was very satisfied

The staff in the hotel was really good, they were informative and helpfull especially for us because we were first timer tourists. We really felt helped by the information that we were given so that we could explore the netherlands far more enjoyable. Your place was also really clean and had a copious amount of sunlight.
The trash cans in the room were a tad bit small for our liking.
