Location and friendly staff
Bathroom very very small . We had to stand sideways . The bed was against two walls so you had to climb in from the end and move up on your knees and then turn to get comfortable to sleep and to get off the bed you had to crawl backwards and slide off the end of the bed and go over a hard wood frame to get off your go to bathroom and just get off the bed . It was dangerous and very uncomfortable !

Location for the major museums is excellent and the centre of Amsterdam is an easy walk. Trams and buses within 200 yards
Light switches nowhere needed - none by bed so you had to get off the bed to turn them off!

The location is really good.
The location of the hotel is excellent and definitely the main highlight of the stay. However, aside from that, my overall experience was not very good.
The room was quite small, and the bathroom was also very cramped. The shower in particular was extremely small and had drainage issues, as the water was not flowing properly.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable, unusually large and difficult to sleep on. We asked if alternative pillows were available, but were told that only the standard ones could be provided.
Considering the price we paid, I don’t feel the experience matched the cost. Overall, it did not offer good value for money.
