Elevator. Located close to museums.
Room had a heat pump/air conditioning in Room that neither heated or cooled. Outside temperature during our visit was over 28 Celsius.

Breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant - they moved me to room 307 for the second night when I told them how abhorrent 104 was. 307 was much better: still tiny but with white walls, a better layout and a lovely view.
The price at £207 per night was exorbitant. It was King’s Day but nevertheless... Room 104 was horrible: tiny but it’s the ugliness of the decor I am objecting to. The walls were brown with hideous pictures- perhaps the management thought them amusing or artistic but they were just in poor taste, ultra tacky; the furniture was old crates; a former prisoner might have felt at home there. We did not! Though 307 was much better the fixed bottles of bath soap etc meant a towel rail protruded and could easily have jabbed the guest’s eye. Also there was an ugly picture of people without arms, presumably by a two-year-old child. What guest would enjoy such trash?

Close to Museum Plaza and transport. Comfortable mattress.Hot shower with good pressure.
I was there for 2 nights but only one tea bag and no one even cleaned the bin. My triple single bed room had badly made plank furniture and 70’s look bathroom so more Hostel than chique Industrial boutique look. The common areas tired and its carpets needed a good vacuum.

location is what I liked the most
the bed placement is weird, there was a hole behind the bed basically where the radiator was placed and it was a bit strange. Also, there was a constant draft which was coming from the window just above this radiator. not really comfortable.

Good location easy to get to central etc Nice decor , quirky . Polite staff and friendly
Can hear outside noise and rooms next door when people talk or above when walking it's really sqeaky. Bathroom was cold as no heater in there. Staff didn't know what they were doing even though they were very polite. Almost got charged more for our room.
