Location is great, the staff is super nice and welcoming, how clean it is, this part of Amsterdam is very nice and safe and great to explore everything.
I got a free upgrade and you even get free tea, pastries and a goodie bag when you leave.

Great Location close enough to everything but still not in the chaos of it all.
Everyone at the desk 10/10! Amazing!
Stairs are narrow and steep but there’s a small Elevator that can help and even the desk helps with carrying bags for you If needed.
They have a Coffee machine, oven and toaster.
Room is small but still found it comfortable.
Instead of getting 2 twins get a full bed since the Twins are together making a full.
Did not learn how to switch the heater to the AC or maybe it was just Heater.
But honestly just cracked the windows to let the cold air in and it was fine with us.

it was enough space for us for a night and the beds were comfortable. Plus the shower size was good and the water was hot and with good pressure

Hotel was very close to the bus stop, which made it very easy to get to/from the train station. Right on the canal - lovely! Easy to explore the city from this location. Excellent variety of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Quiet street. The room was a good size and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Good pillows, too. Temperature was easy to control via the air conditioner/heater. In-room kettle with tea and instant coffee and treats replenished daily. Additional free coffee in the lounge from a fancy espresso machine was available anytime, along with a delicious assortment of specialty teas. Ensuite bathroom was clean and well-appointed with a large shower and good water pressure. Windows were extremely large, so the views were wonderful. Blackout curtains cut the light nicely. The lounge had a welcoming vibe. Really thoughtful touch to have boardgames, travel guides, coffee, tea, and treats always available. The staff were all lovely. And at check out, they provided a goody bag chock full of snacks.

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful during our stay, the beds were really comfortable (firm mattresses, which we like), and the location was quiet but also had everything you need right in the neighborhood. Nice decor, excellent lattes available in the downstairs kitchenette anytime, and a sweet cafe right across the street. We were very comfortable during our stay.
As with many accommodations in small European hotels, the bathroom was small which made for a very tiny shower stall. It can't be helped and it's part of the experience of traveling!...but if you need more space when you shower, ask for a room that has a larger stall. Stairs up to the room were no problem for our group but for others might be a deal breaker so check ahead of time.

The staff was kind and helpful. I appreciated the 24h coverage knowing someone was always present as I was travelling solo.
Having access to a coffee in the bedroom and a system to communicate with the lobby staff if needed would benefit guests.

It is a beautiful facility, and the staff was so warm and friendly
We had to put towels down on the floor to keep the water from seeping out of the room
