The location was great. We loved being part of a quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to the sites we wanted to visit.
The shower is small and water gets all over the floor if you're not careful.

Beds were comfortable, AC was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great.
Our only issue was the very small bathroom which was what I would call a wet bathroom. What I mean by that is that the shower drain was outside of the shower doors and the door had gap spaces in it so that when you were in the shower, the water would come out into the rest of the bathroom. We needed several towels every time someone showered because of it.

Many thoughtful touches. We had reserved the smallest possible room, but were upgraded. The room was still small, but it was well laid out and the sweet amenities made the stay special.

Wonderful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
The only thing I would mention is that the night staff member was not as warm and welcoming as the rest of the team. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The rooms didnt have any sound isolation, which made it difficult for us to sleep in the morning, ex: sounds of people steps, people talking and the housekeeping cleaning the stairs and public areas

Great location and comfy beds. Room was a great size for two people. They had free coffee/lattes/cappacinos all day and afternoon free pastries. Very cute place! Also a terrific breakfast restaurant right next door. The staff is so nice.
Our bathroom shower drained outside the shower itself. It was tricky to not create a flood of water all over the floor. A rubber “dam” would be great to add so that it would contain the water while it drained.

Our stay here was great! The hotel was very cute, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved the free coffee downstairs, which we enjoyed at any time of day — the chococcino was our favorite! They also offered complimentary pastries in the afternoon, which we really appreciated.
The goodbye goodie bags were also a nice touch. It honestly made us happy. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful! Room smaller, but quaint and uses space efficiently. Very clean. Appreciated the lobby area with hot drinks available to guests. Front desk staff very welcoming!
Though the shower was on the smaller side, it had great hot water and water pressure! There is a small elevator, but be aware the steps can be steep in areas if you choose to use them.

On the day I arrived I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff of the Linden Hotel. They gave me some advice on places to visit to have coffee and to eat. I love the location of the hotel as it is not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but far away enough that you can enjoy some local coffee shops. My room had large window with a beautiful view of the Amsterdam canals around.
Honestly, nothing! I had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel.

It was a nice room. The check-out staff was accomodating. Clean. Quiet. I suggested this to someone.
The check in could have improved. I had booked it late in the night though so understandable, just a little lengthy check in but they got it to work! The property is old, so the stairs was a somewhat steep, a good workout!
