Location, friendliness of staff, welcome desk/arrival was very easy. Room nice and clean, good hairdryer and coffee making facilities. Good WiFi. Largely quiet
Room is on the small side but didn’t bother us - bed is against the wall. This didn’t matter for us but aware some people are interested to know this

Location is great, the staff is super nice and welcoming, how clean it is, this part of Amsterdam is very nice and safe and great to explore everything.
I got a free upgrade and you even get free tea, pastries and a goodie bag when you leave.

Reception staff very friendly. Room where we could make coffees and eat the breakfast that we had brought with us.
Paid a lot for a minute room which was like a cupboard. Have never stayed in such a small room. Was woken during the night by 2 guests outside our bedroom screaming-drunk?

I never write any textual review, but this hotel really deserves it, they thought of every small detail to make your stay optimal, from the incredible exhaustive staff, no small gestures where they do matter, the rooms, view and calm, the interesting conversations with staff, cleanness, all, will definitely only come to this hotel tue next time am in Amsterdam, and would recommend to ALL…

The hotel was very nice and clean, we had a lovely view of the canal from our room. The staff were so nice and helped out whenever they could. The location was great just of the busy area which we liked.
We were there for 4 nights and the bed sheets did not get changed. Our preferences we would have liked it changed at least once for staying for that many days. And on the last day there was a horrible sewage smell coming from the toilet which stunk the room out. Apart from that there was no other problems.

Great Location close enough to everything but still not in the chaos of it all.
Everyone at the desk 10/10! Amazing!
Stairs are narrow and steep but there’s a small Elevator that can help and even the desk helps with carrying bags for you If needed.
They have a Coffee machine, oven and toaster.
Room is small but still found it comfortable.
Instead of getting 2 twins get a full bed since the Twins are together making a full.
Did not learn how to switch the heater to the AC or maybe it was just Heater.
But honestly just cracked the windows to let the cold air in and it was fine with us.

I loved how cosy it was, how comfortable and inviting it was. The staff were so incredible and helpful even lending me an adapter when mine broke. It was the perfect location and I will be coming back again because I loved it so.
