Excellent location and lovely staff
Room very small and bathroom tiny. A little tired and dusty and not super clean. Washing bowl chipped and marked. Breakfast bit of a stampede with fruit salad running out - and not a cheap breakfast.

Large and spacious bed, although the room was a bit cramped (you can take out furniture).
The hotel is in the city center, close to the TRAM and the city center (everything is within walking distance). I arrived early and planned to leave my suitcase but the room was ready long before check-in time. The staff was kind and helped me with any questions. The breakfast was excellent.
WIFI reception outside the lobby/dining room is almost non-existent. Requires significant improvement. The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors coming back in the middle of the night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly
The bed was very comfortable
The shower was class
And it was very central for all the sightseeing venues
The entrance was dull and very run down looking
The carpets throughout the hotel looked very dirty
The floor in our room didn’t looked clean
The wardrobe was full of dust I had to wash the whole wardrobe using a hand towel the dust was thick
And the lights were very dim which made everything look tacky

The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with their service. We had an excellent stay!
The elevator and ac were a plus, but the mattress was also very comfortable.

The location was perfect for me, only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 5 minute walk to every musuem that I was interested in, the room was very comfy and overall a great experience
The only bad things that I have to say about the hotel was the weird glass box for the shower, which was very unconfortable to shower without wetting the whole bathroom or smashing your arms in the door, also the elevator was very old and took forever to go up and down, but just a small detail

Great location and price for this location.
Powerful shower
First night the hotel room could not be located by staff.
The room was not cleaned once despite it being a 3 night stay, and towels were not replaced.
Could feel the springs in the bed, and the room generally felt dusty.
TV did not function.
