Nice location, great selection of soft drinks in room with snacks. Bed was comfy. Had everything I needed and more. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast choice was varied. Nice shower, all amenities including conditioner. Can hire umbrellas. Also you could leave.luggage in a luggage room after checkout at no extra charge, though it wasnt locked and there was no real monitoring- it was at own risk. Seemed safe enough though as always 2 on reception.
No ramp access, had to bump cases up steps and through push doors. Am in my 60s and travelling alone, so would have appreciated staff holding door open so i could more easily get suitcases in. Rooms are also on mezzines so had to bump bags up and down stairs to my room.

The rooms where spacious, bed super comfy, loved the power shower! Nice and Clean, friendly and helpful staff, was given a complementary breakfast so me and my husband had a free breakfast great choice lovely decorated for Christmas

The location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room was located along the street just above the entrance to the hotel. There was a bench at the entrance where people congregated to smoke and have conversions at all hours of the night. We got very little sleep because of this.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast lovely tasty and fresh. Nice little touches drink and chocolate in the room.
Breakfast could be a little better laid out so it flows better without bottlenecks .
