This property was in an excellent location, very close to the centre with mostly everything within walking distance. The staff were also really friendly.

Ruben at the reception desk is very friendly and professional and went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after. I really appreciated his attentiveness. Housekeeping ensured I had plenty of my preferred coffee flavour. The hotel is in a great location and walkable area. I was easily able to walk to the shops, restaurants, canals, and museums. Although I chose to walk everywhere, the option to rent a bicycle was 1 block away and the Tram cars were available just down the street.
The room was a bit tight for space and had very little room for clothes. The shower doors did not prevent water from pooling on the bathroom floor.

It was a wonderful stay. Situated at the edge of the old town, it’s in a safe, quiet, clean area of hotels. It is close to the old town, yet without its buzzles. I enjoy every morning waking up in my room, looking at the beautiful neighborhood around from my window.
The design of the shower: the shower was enclosed incompletely by a piece of glass, so water spilled out easily flooding the floor of the toilet.

Location was fantastic and the breakfast facility looked great.
The hygiene level was significantly below expectations and when complaint was made, evening personnel reacted unprofessionally and rudely. Daytime management was responsive and decent but our stay was marred a rather poor experience. Rooms appear markedly bigger on the photos. There was hardly much space for two small suitcases.

The location is great. At a quiet street but walking distance to many of tourists places. The breakfast was great
The appearance of the hotel is not nice. It looks dated and dirty. Please, could clean the outside carpet? To use the name boutique you need to bring some concept, what doesn't exist. Too expensive for what it's offering.
