Great location, nice and clean and comfortable
Bathroom door was missing a lock. The birthday pack I paid 20 euros for was not the best value, a few balloons which were barely filled and healthy snacks that didn’t taste very nice.

the room was spacious, the location was good as it wasn't right in the centre where everything was loud and busy but it was easy to get into the city centre via tram. the staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful.
the shower floor could have been cleaner.

It’s very close to the tram stations and near restaurants.
The walls are too thin, I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could others’ conversations from word to word. Also the WiFi connection wasn’t great at all. Could only get a signal when I stayed in a specific spot in the room.

We have stayed here 5 times this time we were put in a tiny room minimal space it was very very loud the rooms were freezing cold when we put the heating on the radiator would drip water and make a lot of noise
