Basic facility, silent area and hot water shower anytime.
We were allotted a room at -1 floor which did not have a lift and it was a hassle to move the luggage to the room and out during check out using the small steps.

Location, cleanliness, facilities
Our room was very noisy, it was beside a wooden staircase and every footstep could be heard. We also had construction right outside our windows which started early in the morning

At close proximity to tram station and has a direct bus to/ from the airport, location is very great. Affordable compared to other hotels locally.
Wifi is very stable.
Breakfast was great.
The shower had a drainage issue, and water accumulated at the base. The water was either too hot or too cold. The tap in the bathroom sink was obstructed by the mirror, it would hit the mirror every time we tried to turn it on

Location and quiet location
Breakfast was reasonable for a mid class buffet.
There were areas of the hotel corridor stairs that was dated - the bathroom was clean but again there is a need to do some maintenance on fixtures and structure.
The staff at breakfast were abrupt /rude at times to guests trying to understand the breakfast process.

Location and quiet.
Beds are comfortable BUT fell out twice because mattress is unstable. Ie lie too far to one side and it tends to tip up.

Good breakfast, comfy beds, nice receptionists, easy luggage storage
Bit unclean/dusty especially in the hallways. Some mishaps when we were there, for example fire alarm going off at 6am getting us out our beds and downstairs to be told it was a false alarm, then didn’t stop for a further 20 minutes after we got back to the room. It ruined our night/following day because we were so tired.
