Location, friendly staff.
It was overpriced. It should not be rated 4.5-5 stars. Was not luxury. The room had cheap furniture. That may have been consistent with the overall style, but room and bathroom were also small.

The location was perfect and the possibility of using the hotel bikes is awesome and very useful. The hotel is super clean and the staff is very kind and professional.
The lights in the bathroom are so bad that the ladies simply cannot do their make up.

Location! Room with terraces was worth!
Bad linen, pillows and cheap toilet paper, not great towel quality.
It could feel like a luxury hotel with a tiny bit more investment and more attention to details.

Conveniently located in the old city near the Centrale Train Station, the property is modern, well-appointed, and clean…the staff friendly and helpful. We had a large room with a beautiful street view and multiple windows on two sides of the room, and a large bathroom. We enjoyed Celia Restaurant, where we ate breakfast each morning and dinner one night…the food is delicious and wait staff attentive. Celia’s Bar was also great for a late night cocktail or glass of wine.
Everything was perfect.

The hotel was clean and in a great location! 5-10 min walk to Centraal and a 2 min walk to the tram. Staff was helpful.

Room was kind of dark and small. Not enough storage to store clothes.

Room was ok there were adjoining on both sides , however it was quiet View from the widow not so good
just the view from the window but on the positive side it was quiet, Checkout was chaotic badly handled staff were very good though.

We arrived early and room was ready. Staff at reception were pleasant.
Daily cleaning of room. Occurred very late and one day not at all. I was going out at 1600 and a housekeeper on the floor said I should let the front desk know that room wasn’t cleaned she didn’t know who was responsible for it. I relayed the message and gentleman at the front desk said they had until 1800 to clean. I was aware but told him I was just passing along a message. Returned at 1755 and room not made up. Called to get clean towels which were brought up. At 1945 someone showed up to do room. Also, my daughter was on a sleep sofa and found a slipper and toothbrush under the bed which did not belong to us. I reported to front desk who did not seem to care.
