Handicapped Bathroom/Shower setup. Slow check-in process. Key to room could not been issued for about 30 minutes upon arrival, due to system not working correctly.

we got early and went out for lunch... came back around 13:30 and expected to get the room earlier than 15:00
but the room was ready only at 15:30 - which was too late

The first room given us has ventilation problem and the room we stayed was noisy because of music played downstairs till one o’clock during midnight.

It was clean and great location close to everything.
Slow help at breakfast. Asked for a coffee refill at breakfast and they walked by us numerous times and didn’t bring more. I noticed that happening to another guest as well who had to wait a very long time for a refill. The breakfast lineup of people waiting to be seated felt a bit strange.

Location was perfect for restaurants and walking to tours. Appreciated the in-room umbrella as we had rain almost every day. Staff was super friendly helping with luggage to-and-from taxis as well as complimentary storage before check-in was possible. Appreciated the option to skip daily room cleaning.
Our room was a little too close to the elevator so we could hear the vibrations from it at night. Did not enjoy our only visit to the restaurant Celia for an afternoon drink. We did not feel welcomed and our waitress was no where to be found for over 10 minutes when we wanted to pay and leave.

The property is located near everything you need to enjoy the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.

Great location, spacious room, good breakfast. I liked the complimentary bottled water. Nice staff.
Lots of big tour groups made the common areas feel crowded and chaotic.

The hotel is located only 5 min walk from the train station and 8 min from the city center. The staff on reception was friendly and helpful. We had a quiet and comfortable room on the 6th floor that met all our expectations. The coffee machine and tea set were a good addition. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, and restaurants are very close. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and I’d absolutely stay again!
Not for all budgets (cost for room was really high). The dinner in the local restaurant (taco Tuesday) didn't impress, and prices were high. Be ready for the deposit you need to pay in addition to room price (+200 EUR in our case)

happy hour, lobby area and rooms were excellent
Lines at front desk, cost of food in lobby was ridiculous. We had lunch with three children and two adults and the price was $150!!!!!!!! It really put a negative spin on an otherwise great hotel with great people. Dont gouge your clients! Its not a Ritz.
