The staff were amazing, hotel is modern, clean and in a great location close to Amsterdam Central train station. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Complimentary drinks during "social hour" a really nice touch.
Not a lot really. If I'm being picky the bed was a bit firm for my liking but that's always a personal thing.

Handicapped Bathroom/Shower setup. Slow check-in process. Key to room could not been issued for about 30 minutes upon arrival, due to system not working correctly.

warm staf
we had to wait extra time to get the room.
we got early and went out for lunch... came back around 13:30 and expected to get the room earlier than 15:00
but the room was ready only at 15:30 - which was too late

Front desk staff very friendly. (But frankly would prefer less questions about how room is, how stay is, how I'm finding Amsterdam, what my plans are etc etc.)
'Boutique' hotel veneer but overall not a premium experience. Definitely not aligned with cost and intense price gauging is not a good thing when needing to extend stay. Location disappointing in part of town with headshops and down-market retail. Sigh. Oh. And hot water in shower not hot enough.

Very conveniently located. Near to train station and trams. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast lovely and not rushed . Bar good too.
