Disappointing
Great location and F&B. Local car park 100 meters away and its dog friendly.
The room didn’t get cleaned before 4pm any day and on the first day my wife’s hair towel was taken with the towels and never seen again. The towels didn’t need changing so are the signs in the bathroom green washing?

It was clean and great location close to everything.
Slow help at breakfast. Asked for a coffee refill at breakfast and they walked by us numerous times and didn’t bring more. I noticed that happening to another guest as well who had to wait a very long time for a refill. The breakfast lineup of people waiting to be seated felt a bit strange.

Location was perfect for restaurants and walking to tours. Appreciated the in-room umbrella as we had rain almost every day. Staff was super friendly helping with luggage to-and-from taxis as well as complimentary storage before check-in was possible. Appreciated the option to skip daily room cleaning.
Our room was a little too close to the elevator so we could hear the vibrations from it at night. Did not enjoy our only visit to the restaurant Celia for an afternoon drink. We did not feel welcomed and our waitress was no where to be found for over 10 minutes when we wanted to pay and leave.

Very good location. Rooms are decent enough for a city centre hotel.
I arrived at 3pm after a 7 hour flight and was told that my room wasn’t ready, despite check in time being 3pm.
I was then given a room that was not the level which I had booked, and which had 2 single beds.
I had to go back down to reception and provide them with proof of the room which I had booked.
I was then moved to another room on a lower floor with an interconnecting door, so I could hear all the conversations of the people in the next room.
The facilities are pretty minimal for the price.
