Easy access via train from airport.
Disappointed to see I have been charged 3 times for my room and I am currently waiting for a refund and explanation. Room was very warm and only have 'climate control's not AC so it was difficult to cool down

Rooms were large and well appointed. The location for suitable for our needs but there’s not much by the hotel (bars and restaurants).
Lack of facilities nearby and difficult to walk to or drive when an an is about to start or ends.

3days with out clean my rom as reqest always after 3days when i do make a compline the told me that ther is new rules to ask for clening room as they should inform me when i so my first step in check in soo i just sleep in my room whith out clean and its not good

Overall the hotel was ok. I just think they could have complementary coffee in the lobby. The location was OK but they advertised being closer ti city center than they were.

Restaurant and bar were a bit of a joke. Didn't eat anything as speaking to another guest who seen mice in the kitchen!! We stayed in a junior sweet but it was pretty awful and not worth the money.

Perfect location for a short trip or weekend in Amsterdam. A lot of bar and restaurants around. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Polite staff, pretty and very helpful. Close to AFC Ajax stadium.
Coffee machine in the room didn't work. Need to fix it. Room nr 326.
