Doesn't work the gadgets
No sauna gym...doesn't go .. wrong communication
The other time I changed the room lot of pain...etc etc lost things .. nobody no anything
Talking to the manager about it .
He said that I had to go to the Police ?
But I don't know
Insured... Something expensive clothes and fresh food some hair and Globes. Don't know exactly

I was able to get a light dinner (an appetizer) in the restaurant. I was also able to get a coffee and croissant in the lobby for breakfast. The room was clean, a good size with a nice bathroom. It is nice that there is a workout room although I did not take the opportunity to use it. The receptionists were very helpful.
It would have been nice to be able to get an A la carte breakfast in the restaurant instead of the only choice being an all you can eat buffet.

Reception was welcoming, good service and fast check-in, room was clean and fabulous exactly like the photo, lobby with nice restaurant and bar, supermarket is 10 min away.
No laundry, could give better instructions about the hotel and the surrounding area.

breakfast room was clean and spacious but had lots of large tables meaning we had to share with strangers (which was not ideal.). Bedrooms were really big and clean.

Room.was spacious, and clean - i am very sensitive to dust.. the room was was hugenically immaculate. The location was perfect specially for concert goers.
None i could think of, maybe the parking??? Was already almost euros to go in and out the underground parking just to be dropped off.

I really liked my bathroom. The floor was heated and the shower had a good flow/pressure and was nice, appropriately hot. funny enough, I really enjoyed my comforter. The weather was changing from summer into cooler weather. I had traveled from a warmer area and that comforter was comforting. Nice and plush. Just like Home.
The hotel is advertised as being within the city, but even my cab driver laughed at me, saying that the hotel is not in the city. It was a little inconvenient in terms of traveling. On my last day, I met a kind, soul, who explained to me the closest neighborhood was just beyond the stadium, with all the amenities, making the area more than just the stadium outside my window. It was still positive because it caused me to navigate public transport at a different level.

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the property was modern, comfortable, and welcoming. Very friendly staff, room was clean and comfy, VERY good price for the location. Could walk right into the concert and right into bed afterwards.
All was good actually. Maybe the prices of the restaurant (food/drinks), but that is to be expected at this location, so really no big deal.

The suit and the view from it was amazing and reception team were very careful. I forget my pocket in the safety box after checkout and they save it to me
The maintenance team was not available at night there was a problem with curtains and bathroom but it was minor problem.
