The shower isn’t sealed properly so the water leaks everywhere but that’s a detail :D

Clean, good location.
1.Uncomfortable noise coming from the lights;
2.Could hear the neighbors and people walking around;

Location was really good, we booked stadium tour not realising it was right next door. I appreciate the room clean.
The kettle in the room was broken, wouldn’t stop after boiling. The soap in the shower also had run out before our arrival and wasn’t refilled.

Stuff on reception was very friendly.
Cleaning. Need to cleaning hall. Sales departmentn need to change approach to customers. If they express demand to stay in hotel 3 nights more, you need to find a way how to keep clients.

I'm struggling to see positives apart from the landing decor..
No towels. No water. Asked time and time again for clean towels and water in the room like others had?
Should have had 2 beds and there were two singles separated after asked but then we were left with only 1 duvet and 1 sheet.. I said the cleanliness of the bathroom was not good and they moved us to another room where we had the same issue with the beds again. They were sperated again to 2 singles but the mattress was not put on right by staff and I fell off the edge of the bed hurting my foot. Breakfast really needs improving
