Disappointing
3days with out clean my rom as reqest always after 3days when i do make a compline the told me that ther is new rules to ask for clening room as they should inform me when i so my first step in check in soo i just sleep in my room whith out clean and its not good

Overall the hotel was ok. I just think they could have complementary coffee in the lobby. The location was OK but they advertised being closer ti city center than they were.

Perfect location for a short trip or weekend in Amsterdam. A lot of bar and restaurants around. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Polite staff, pretty and very helpful. Close to AFC Ajax stadium.
Coffee machine in the room didn't work. Need to fix it. Room nr 326.

Just outside Ziggo Dome - convenient if you are there for a concert at Ziggo Dome.
Terrible/lazy staff- we asked the front and even requested toilet paper and iron board in person and via the apps in the room (like you supposed to), didn’t get it. Had to ask multiple times. Room is dirty, when we requested it to be cleaned, they did the bare minimum of taking out the trash and give new towels. didn’t even vacuum- you can see left over dirt/trash from previous guest. For paying over $200 a night, this was highly disappointing. Also, we ask what was opened late and night to recommend, the staff recommended us to. It was a supposed to be a place that serve Ghanaian food. Howe, it was in a not so safe location, club scene/no service/was ignored (perhaps we were a different color and only ones that are different color), the area has several police presence.

Great hotel location just adjacent to Ziggo Dome Concert Hall within 1min walk .Very good breakfast choice ,friendly reception staff,very comfortable bed,beautiful room ,big bathroom all describing
the superior double room choice.Great value for the money payed.

To go to a concert at the Ziggo Dome is perfect, just out the door and right next to the concert. The room was spacious and hip, it have a coffee machine and an extra water heater. The shower was unique.
The parking, I paid for 3 nights $129. It was Hard to find without GPS. Not a lot around it, the metro was a short walk and you could go directly to central Amsterdam.

No sauna gym...doesn't go .. wrong communication
The other time I changed the room lot of pain...etc etc lost things .. nobody no anything

I was able to get a light dinner (an appetizer) in the restaurant. I was also able to get a coffee and croissant in the lobby for breakfast. The room was clean, a good size with a nice bathroom. It is nice that there is a workout room although I did not take the opportunity to use it. The receptionists were very helpful.
It would have been nice to be able to get an A la carte breakfast in the restaurant instead of the only choice being an all you can eat buffet.

Reception was welcoming, good service and fast check-in, room was clean and fabulous exactly like the photo, lobby with nice restaurant and bar, supermarket is 10 min away.
No laundry, could give better instructions about the hotel and the surrounding area.

breakfast room was clean and spacious but had lots of large tables meaning we had to share with strangers (which was not ideal.). Bedrooms were really big and clean.
