- Spacious room and good value for money, especially when compared to inner / touristic side of Amsterdam
- ~10min Walking distance to 2 train stations
- Beautiful canal trail next door to take a walk, run etc.
- Poor WIFI connectivity. My room was the last one on the floor and I couldn't connect my phone or laptop in the day
- There are two train stations nearby. One of them (can't remember the name), the smaller one, feels like quite a shady area with a few homeless people loitering around. The hotel should advise tourists on which station to take
- Because of its location, there aren't many cafes around. Had to get a coffee at a random commercial building in the morning

Nothing interesting very boring HOTE and location
The hotel is in an area of concrete blocks, far removed from the typical Amsterdam style.
Artificial area not nice ,
Because of the Ajax Amsterdam fans, hote get this rating; it's a trick.
In spite I have 3 nights reservation. Some one in reception desk (LGBTQ ) was not like me he gives me worst room and service!!

Grote en mooi ingerichte kamer, met een lekker groot en super comfortabel bed. Heel veel kastruimte, een volledig bureau, en een toffe zitplek bij het raam. Erg lekkere regendouche. Weinig geluid van buiten, de buren of de gang. Op loopafstand van de ArenA, AFAS, en de Ziggo Dome. Bluetooth speaker op de kamer, leuk.
Check-in was chaotisch met langzame iPads, personeel die de nieuwe formulieren niet kende, en veel te veel vragen om in te vullen. De eerste kamer had een zeer luid rammelende airco, maar gelukkig konden we van kamer wisselen. Het hotel heeft een klein aantal eigen parkeerplekken die goedkoper zijn dan de parkeergarage, maar nul plekken om een elektrische auto te laden. Erg goedkoop aanvoelend wc-papier. De airco deed niet echt heel veel, het bleef flink warm in de kamer.

It’s very clean and rooms are spacious and the bathroom. Breakfast staff are lovely!
Hotel is very much into sustainability but it comes at a price of less luxury.

Excellent hotel, with a super convenient location, close to shopping, supermarket and right next door to the concert venue. Staff were very nice. The hotel has vegan options for breakfast, and provided vegan cheese and hummus after asking.
It could be great to also offer vegan sausage at breakfast by request, the price of the breakfast would be more worth it then.
The lats machine at the gym was not in order which was unfortunate.

Everything was great! The accommodation was modern, clean, in front of the Amsterdam Arena and close to the metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would book it again.

Great location for the concert we attended next door. Also easy to get to Amsterdam on the tram using GVB app. Breakfast was great and the best omelette we’ve had in a long time. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some aspects of the hotel were a bit tied and the room fridge didn’t work - understand the hotel is going through a service upgrade.
