I liked the comfort of the room and quality of the equipment.
I didn't like the location, I am convinced it didn't display a distance so far from Amsterdam city otherwise I would not have booked it.
I didn't like the fact that you cant open a window properly, those security windows are just ridiculous and feel like a prison.
I didn't like restaurant that had terrible quality food for insanely high prices.
I didn't like the price of things for room service.
No one can enjoy themselves anymore without taking out a loan from the bank just to feel like you're "on holiday".
Apart from that the hotel was ok, the room was nice. The shower was mediocre, same style shower you can get in a hostel.
Definitely not good value for money, way too expensive for the location and lack of entertainment in the area.
The only thing good about it is that it is close to the metro station so you can get out of there!!!!!!!
You should change the name of your hotel to, 'Jaz OUTSIDE of the city".

The hotel bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is great for any concerts or football games as it is next to the arena.
The bathroom sliding door never closes completely. The restaurant in the hotel is on the more expensive side.

Superb location for concerts. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very quiet rooms!
It was expensive but this is to be expected on concert days.
