The room is big, comfortable and the shower is really cool. The breakfast is just perfect with a lot of choices and nice products. The location for concert is soooooo perfect and the possibility to book your parking space just under the hotel is amazing.

The hotel was very closed to the Arena , the room was sparkling clean with a big comfortable bed and the restaurant on the ground floor was excellent.
I am pleased to highligh the excellent staff, most of all from Mrs. Bernadette: she was very professional and kind.
We will return for sure to this hotel for the next music concert at the Arena.

Absolutely Nothing
Under staffed, few rude ones, dirty low maintained rooms, the balcony chairs were so dirty and the green mold started growing on it. The beds are so uncomfortable. The staff don’t know anything about the hotel except to check in and out the guest. You ask for iron they will ask you to go pick it up from another guest room because they don’t have enough staff to help you.

Pretty room and really nice staff.
The room somehow was making noise - like the furniture was creaking loudly?
The buttons in the shower didn't work properly.

The location was right next to the venue.
Our bathroom door didn’t close, our shower only worked for the hand held. You could not adjust the temperature. There were hidden fees.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the beds were so comfortable, the hotel was very clean and the location for a concert was brilliant .
We decided to stay an extra night and booked quite late but it was very expensive.

Good location for a concert in the Arena. The shower was the best part of the experience.
Staff were not helpful. Directed us to a check in machine that didn’t work. Could not provide an adapter for the bedroom. Paid over €500 for a standard room without breakfast and not even a shower cap in the bathroom.
