One of the best hotels I've ever been, we traveled there because of a concert at the Ziggo Dome and it was amazing. The room was quite big and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

Shower did not work and despite reporting every day nothing was done to fix it. Offered to give us a different room on day 5 of our 6 day stay.

My stay at Jaz in the City Amsterdam was excellent from start to finish. The room was modern, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, perfect for a few relaxing days in Amsterdam. The staff were especially friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The interior design is creative and music-themed, creating a special atmosphere that makes the stay truly unique. The location is also ideal, with great connections and plenty of things to do nearby. Overall, a hotel I can highly recommend.

I like the extra launch area near the window. The shower seems almost hightech. Giving that luxery feel. The bed is big and comfortable. The location is excellent. The rooms are big with enough space to walk around.
I didn't like the empty showergelbottle. I didnt like the fact i couldn't connect to the bluetooth soundbox nor screenmirroring with the tv. I didn't like the fact that checking in has to be done by screen (phone/tablet) even if you go to the reception. They will just guide you to do everything on the phone. They cannot give any information about parking eventhough they have some parkingspots reserved for the hotel. And you have to ask for cleaning the night before, so if something happens, you're out of luck. I like the modern feel with doing everything online but there doesn't seem to be an alternative.
