Great staff who are super helpful at all times.
Honestly, I’m not going to make a fuss about the prices that are skyrocketed during AMF. However €300 for a night is simply quite steep. Simultaneously, these are the prices that you pay anywhere nearby the venues at these times. That being said. We received great value for our money. Would recommend to anyone there for.

Excellent location if u attending events at Ziggo or Stadium
Bluetooth speaker didnt connect, mirror/cast from mobile to tv didn’t work. Called the front desk for an iron but they couldn’t hear and never came to the room as promised. Breakfast options could be improved (although everything available was tasty!)

Perfect room with amazing view! The location is super convenient as it’s outside city center but close to metro station and train to an airport. Our stay was one of the bests!

Very comfy beds, cozy windows, beautiful lightning + sound system and sitting area
You can’t have the sink flowing water for too long otherwise it overflows under the sink so the floor and my socks got really wet. The tablet available in the room was not working and there were no tissues next to the sink in the bathroom.

Close by the event ziggodome which is a benefit. As well clean which I think supposed to be the standard
Value … restaurant rhythm is more a DIY and security ( who was friendly !!! ) welcomes you… that doesn’t feels like hospitality… scanning your food / drinks and they deliver. That can be done better

Close to the concert area that was the only reason we booked
The toilet inside was dirty had not been cleaned properly, I had to clean it myself with the toilet brush , it made me feel sick so put me off the hotel altogether
