Very relaxed vibe throughout our stay at the hotel. Very friendly personnel, staff and security.
To be honest we have no negative comments. Reaaly enjoyed our stay.

The suit and the view from it was amazing and reception team were very careful. I forget my pocket in the safety box after checkout and they save it to me
The maintenance team was not available at night there was a problem with curtains and bathroom but it was minor problem.

We went to Ziggodome to the concert, so it is the best optios for location.
Too expensive. There are no good food places around.

Ideal like many reviews if you’re going to a concert but bar that pretty grim area and like again the shower doesn’t work runs ice cold On the plus side the staff are fantastic

Reception was welcoming, good service and fast check-in, room was clean and fabulous exactly like the photo, lobby with nice restaurant and bar, supermarket is 10 min away.
No laundry, could give better instructions about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Stayed here multiple times already. Big rooms and really comfy beds. Also the location is perfect for if you have a concert (especially at ziggodome) just walk out the door and your basicly in line already
