Excellent in room facilities, very good breakfast. Close to a tram stop into the centre.
Room wasn't cleaned after our first night. Bed unmade, damp towels and glasses left in the room. One staff member gave us wrong information about tram lines and where they went.

Wonderful
The pool and Sauna were a great addition to the stay and made the experience alot better than places I've stayed without these facilities.
Glas doors in the bathrooms I'm not a huge fan of. I stayed with a friend and it didn't feel as private in the bathroom as I'd like.

the bar was okay
the receptionist on arrival was rude , I was early but only wanted to check in to leave my bags she was very snarly. I didn't like the location U must get a tram to hotel the walk from station to hotel is not very savoury, mattress and rubbish scattered all around the walk to hotel. my room was not facing to the water but opposite train the noise was horrendous, the towels were very skimpy. and 150 deposit was a bit much not sure what that is about . I would defo not stay here again
