1.The Staff was very nice .

The wifi was quite good
I booked the twin room and it had leakage on the ceiling and wall- there was a lot of mould on the ceiling . There was no proper lighting in the room to get ready

Very easy to get to via tram from the centre, beds comfy.
The rooms could have been cleaner, very dusty it’s as if the beds were just changed and towels.

The view and receptionists , the cafe next to it.
The room service doesn’t clean the room , they just change beds, and there was trash infront of our room that we didn’t throw, they dont change the towels , and they don’t throw the tissues or empty cans , and we would do that if there was a trash to throw them in it .. and the bed is not comfortable at all.

Inside it has everything you want from a hotel room. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel staff were fantastic and very welcoming.
The room decoration lacked homeliness, as I felt the decoration was too cold as bare concrete walls meant it felt cold, could do with colour on the walls that were bare concrete

Nice view of the city. Nice hot tub and sauna in the wellness room.
Room was too dark- barely have lights.
Bed super soft, have the feeling I was sleeping in a hole. Pillows in the other hand, to high and hard, I am the person that sleeps anywhere, but this bed was really uncomfortable.
The coffee cup in the room and the small spoon were not clean.
The room cleaning service was basically not done - they did not even took the trash out, and since we have a baby with us(lots of diapers), I had to call them to come back and take the trash out.
The level of the hotel is not even close to 4 stars.

The hotel rooms were really nice and the bed was very comfy. Greta walking distance to tram to take you into the centre.
Not much it was good whiskey we stayed there. The only thing was the sauna in our room was continuously hot and only seemed to turn of if we took the key card out of it
