The hotel rooms were really nice and the bed was very comfy. Greta walking distance to tram to take you into the centre.
Not much it was good whiskey we stayed there. The only thing was the sauna in our room was continuously hot and only seemed to turn of if we took the key card out of it

We upgraded for a room and the facilities were outstanding. V clean room with our own sauna and jacuzzi. Food was very good, both breakfast and dinner and good value. Staff were brilliant.
A great hotel. A little bit of a walk to the centre - looks like this is an up and coming district as there was a lot of restoration work on nearby buildings- will be stunning once completed.

The beds and linens were great quality. And we had several interactions with staff, each of whom was superlative and engaging. Also the spa wellness center with steam room and sauna was a gift at the end of long day.
The equipment: safe had only odd numbers working, and even though a work order placed, it was not replaced. Hair dryer didn’t work. Air conditioner was locked and we called down every night to have it started. It cuts off halfway through night. We tried to sleep with open window, but between construction, train proximity, and spotlight on our window, created insomnia.

If u get canel view room very good for Looking. We requested canel view they asking to pay extra 35 Euro per person. Then we dropped to take that room.
Location wise very good. Transportation also very near and more connectivity. Only thing no bell boy we have to take all ur luggage ur self

The view and receptionists , the cafe next to it.
The room service doesn’t clean the room , they just change beds, and there was trash infront of our room that we didn’t throw, they dont change the towels , and they don’t throw the tissues or empty cans , and we would do that if there was a trash to throw them in it .. and the bed is not comfortable at all.

After upgrading, the room i got was exceptional ?. The jacuzzi in the room and the view of the city made it a little heaven ✨️ ?
What is shown on booking.com as a standard room, is not what is at the hotel. Please change that as it is very misleading. The room i first got was too tiny, dark and very small room.

Their hygiene and cleanliness is disgraceful, I found all kind of dirts in the coach which means they don’t clean the rooms properly and might led to sickness and disgusting

Sauna in Room
The member of staff called Ivor completely ruined my trip I arrived very lateto hotel 3ama lovely member of staff offered a free late check out telling to go to reception the following day and they would kindly arrange , The following day I went wife me wife and was greeted by a unprofessional man call IVOR I Explained he made feel u comfortable and called me lier , embrassing me infront of everyone shouting etc I would never recommed this place as I felt belittled
