Spa facilites good, staff helpful. Location by the canal so go view
A lot of construction in the area. A bit of a walk to metro. Room very warm. Air condition not cooling at all & for 4 nights could not sleep at all. Pillows small & uncomfortable. Very basic toiletries, which is of a 2 star hotel level rather than 4. Industrial theme of the rooms with very dirty impression of the walls & ceiling. I find it disturbing rather than relaxing. Furnitures stupidly designed & arranged, I banged myself a lot trying to move from bed to window with so many bruises in my thighs. Breakfast reasonable but below expectation for 4 star hotel.

Lovely stay. A few tram stops from Central Station but in a quiet area. Excellent breakfast comfortable beds. Lovely staff.
I understand the industrial vibe but an extra light in wardrobe area would be great.

Beautiful design. Quiet and peaceful.
Didn’t change the bed linen throughout my 4 night stay. I’d expect them to be changed at least once. Also, dirty cups and glasses were never picked up.

Lovely view from hotel room Staff friendly Shops a 2 minute walk from the hotel Gym and pool was a bonus that was very nice.

Location on booking.com is a total lie. It’s far from every single thing. You won’t get the room size you paid for. Staff extremely uncooperative. Room aesthetic is like being in jail

Location- close to trams. Staff could not be faulted! Everything was very clean. Excellent breakfast selection. Smart tv’s in rooms

Really modern and impressive hotel with amazing facilities and lovely staff.
With mobility issues and the location of the hotel, taxis are needed to reach the centre of Amsterdam. Take an uber which is much cheaper than the taxis on the streets and the ones the hotel can call for you. No need to get additional uber apps (including uber eats) they adjust to your location.
