Pleasant
Breakfast was solid, offering a great variety of everything you could ask for (fresh fruit, dairy products, juices, tea, and pastries ... ). The only slight downside was that, although chefs were present, they didn’t prepare additional made-to-order items like omelettes, which is something you often get complimentary in similar hotels.

The interior was nice very spacious, nice and clean.
I booked a “double or twin” room and contacted the hotel one day before arrival to request a double bed. However, when I arrived, I was given a twin room instead. Reception informed me that I could contact housekeeping to change it, but they were not helpful and the issue was not resolved. Overall, this was disappointing as my request was communicated in advance but not accommodated.
