Room was very dark. Not enough lights. No washcloths in bathroom. Far from all the attractions. Only breakfast option was a $30 buffet.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is very good. The location is good if you rent a bike or take public transport.
The price is a bit expensive cause location is not the best. There is no curtain in the bathroom. Anyone can see you. The bedroom and bathroom are a bit small. The pool is small.

Wonderful
The views were great! The room was super comfortable and we loved sauna and pool. Everything was exceptionally clean. A special shout out to the bar. The drinks were super yummy and the staff really know their stuff, too.
The location is a bit out of the way -- you'll have to take the tram to get to central. Not a lot of food places around either, think 10-15 min walk to the nearest brunch spot.

We love the location, central but away from tourists. Lots of cute cafes and shops around! The beds are super comfortable and the jacuzzi is the best way to get over jet lag and sore muscles from tiny airplane seats.
Rooms could maybe have a few more hooks/surfaces to put things down. But that’s a luxury problem.

Property looked like it had mold on ceiling and walls. Looked like it had leaked with streaks of water running down walls. Booked hotel at city center and was sent to a sister hotel. Requested to see the manager and he would not even come speak to me. Did not help us or care about anything that had happen. Moving to sister hotel cost us 52 dollars to go their by taxi that the hitel called and sent us inand that was after they sent me whatsapp directions to hotel when we landed told us to walk very easily with luggage and it was 20 minutes on conble stones and turned out to be wrong directions to another sister hotel.
Everything was run down looking and management was very disrespectful. Problems we ignored

The wifi was quite good
I booked the twin room and it had leakage on the ceiling and wall- there was a lot of mould on the ceiling . There was no proper lighting in the room to get ready

Very easy to get to via tram from the centre, beds comfy.
The rooms could have been cleaner, very dusty it’s as if the beds were just changed and towels.

The view and receptionists , the cafe next to it.
The room service doesn’t clean the room , they just change beds, and there was trash infront of our room that we didn’t throw, they dont change the towels , and they don’t throw the tissues or empty cans , and we would do that if there was a trash to throw them in it .. and the bed is not comfortable at all.
