The views over the water. Breakfast was okay. Most of the staff were polite.
City Tax. I don't think it was value for money. It was expensive for what you got which was a bog standard triple room. The beds were very soft, almost fell off the bed a couple of times, so don't lay to close to the edge. It was very dark in the room, the lighting was dim, it was meant to be an effect of the decor, but I couldn't see very well at night. Bathroom light was automatic so didn't switch off for while after use in the night. There were no cups for a cup of tea, they gave us glasses which I found odd, but perhaps it's just the Amsterdam way. There were mice in the dining room

clean, decent size room
The bed was saggy. Air con was controlled by reception so kept going off. Whilst I could open the window, there was a train line outside my window and the loading dock below. Not much of a location.

Morning breakfast was very good
The foam mattress were very uncomfortable and tended to slide off the bed. Glasses were used for coffee in the room, they get very hot, so cups with handles or paper cuts for hot liquids should be used.

Beautiful new property.
Location, and ‘city view’ was actually just railway tracks. Shower was tiny, so bathroom flooded every time you used it as there’s no shower curtain/door.
