The beds were so comfy!! Great showers and a decent choice of TV channels!! They had agreat bar with very sweet bartenders!
The lighting was pretty bad. The closet area where you could place your suitcase was dark and no available light. The safe was located in drawer in that area, you had to sit on the floor to access it. I recommend them to add some lighting and put the safe in a reachable location!

The Pictures of the room shown at the website are not the actual room allocated . we were told to pay more for the room we eventually presented . I sent the picture to booking .com for clarification nothing was done about it

Very friendly and nice. Loved the decor. Food was great.
Location was ok. In my opinion not walkable to downtown area so we took cabs which got expensive. But they offer bikes and the train station isn’t far

Disappointing
The hotel was nice but staff in the bar area were quite rude. It’s not ok to order customer 5 times to stand at the bar while they haven’t moved at all and to hold up your hand repeatedly to customers like as if you are the police force. Hospitality commands a smile and consideration for customers, not to be inconvenienced by them. The hotel was nice, food, facilities, I would advise to change out or enhance training for the bar staff.

Location on booking.com is a total lie. It’s far from every single thing. You won’t get the room size you paid for. Staff extremely uncooperative. Room aesthetic is like being in jail

The location and modern vibe!
And the bartenders in the restaurant were awesome!
The staff was rude and not helpful. Traveling with friends who were part of our booking - we could not get on the same floor or near each other… Also their Power went out in a room and the staff was like / oh well guess we can move you. One night went to sit out side and put my leg up on a bench for less than 5 seconds and was told to put my leg down immediately- also found bugs in the room and the air conditioner SUCKED! It did not work at all and again asked front desk and got a “oh well it should work!” Will never ever stay at this hotel again! Spent over $2,000 American dollars for 5 nights was not worth the lack of air conditioning, bugs in the room and the very unhelpful staff!
