I booked the loft as it was the only option. However I was offered a lower grade room due to over booking by others. No money was given back due to room price difference. I had to stay one night as my flight had been cancelled and needed a rest. My flight was at 9am the next day, I had to check out at 7am, guess what, the breakfast service starts at 7:30am. Complete disappointment.

Locatie was super naast station Amsterdam zuid. Mooi uitzicht over de stad.
Wij hebben ontbijt bij gekocht… dit was 56€ voor 2 personen, best wel aan de prijs voor een ontbijt. Helaas viel het wat tegen met de keuze van dingetjes die er lagen. Sapjes waren niet vers, een “zacht” gekookt eitje was helemaal doorgekookt etc. Jammer

I really liked this hotel, it is stylish, new and comfortable, bed and pillows was nice, easily accessible by metro from the city center and friendly staff, as well as with a cool panoramic Hasta la vista baby bar.
Late at night, when the subway was closed, it took a very long and expensive taxi ride from the bar. and after cleaning, the shower door jammed and I couldn't wash up, so I had to call the staff at night.

The room architecture with the bath glass window with view to the bedroom. Friendly staff
The breakfast time starts too late. I purchased the room with breakfast option, but had to leave the hotel at 7am to catch a flight. On the night before, the staff offered to prepare some breakfast and package it in a bag. I kindly asked if they could make it plant-based, to which the staff said that they would make a note for the person that would prepare it. In the next morning, I picked up the breakfast, but when I checked, it had a sandwich with milk and egg and a banana bread (which also takes milk and egg). Other than that, I just got a banana, an apple, a water and a 250ml juice. The staff also gave this bag to me without warning me! I had to check it for myself. If I had severe intolerance to milk or egg, it could have been a big issue.

Location in Zuidas and right at the station. Modern building, so you have nice views from the room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The room was in general convenient and light with enough space. Silent airco on fan 1 was working perfectly, so I had a good sleep. Fast check out process and pleasant helpful reception desk. The bar on the 19th floor is amazing!!
Grey towels and bedlinen. I prefer white. My room did not have a vitrage curtain, only blinds, but there is an office building opposite.

Wonderful
Very comfortable, very clean, very conveniently located next to the Zuid train station, the Tram, a grocery store and a starbucks! It was very easy to get around Amsterdam from this location.
