The staff in the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the staff at the restaurant.
I didn't like the decor. At least for us it made the hall and common areas in the rooms floors feel very dark and sad. This set the tone for not liking the hotel. Also we didn't like that the restaurant had very few options for dinner.

Very nice staff. The room is nicely decorated and the bathroom is nice.
Even though we got a superior room it still felt crowded. The window looked into an alley, not a nice view. The hotel is on a busy street.

The breakfast buffet stands out with its fresh and delicious offerings, including real fruit and freshly squeezed juices, a refreshing change from typical hotel breakfasts. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, while the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and comfortable beds. Despite being centrally located, my room was surprisingly quiet, enhancing the overall experience. Housekeeping deserves recognition for their reliability; I often left cash in my room, and nothing was ever taken. Additionally, the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water daily, a thoughtful gesture. However, potential guests should be aware that the rooms are on the smaller side, even for European standards, so it's wise to check the dimensions if space is a priority. In summary, INK Hotel is a stylish and comfortable option for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam, boasting a fantastic location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and a stay I would gladly repeat.

The location was excellent — we were within easy walking distance of most of the places we wanted to see, which saved us a lot of time and cab fare. There were plenty of restaurants and shops right around the corner, so grabbing food or coffee never required much planning. Getting to and from the airport was also straightforward, which made arrival and departure days a lot less stressful
I thought the staff could have potentially responded better to questions or concerns about check in and the potential of changing reservation dates but also they were just not as responsive as they could have been.

The Hotel theme was cool. The lobby, outdoor space, restaurant and bar were lovely and comfortable. Service was warm and generous. I would stay there again. Great location.
Least expensive room was cramped. Another guest who has stayed before said there was a wide variation in rooms.

Money oriented hotel. As soon as you step in they ask for money. Customers are untrustworthy for them, they hold money for the room even though they knew our cards and we can discuss it at the checkout. We traveled enough to understand the process, this was a shock for us. Other customer (I think Americans were surprised and ask this question "so you don't trust your customers but expect them to trust you")

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Amsterdam, just a 5-minute walk from both Amsterdam Central Station and Dam Square, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always attentive to every request, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you to Mauro, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
The only aspect that could be improved was the smell in the hallways, particularly from the elevator area to the guest rooms. It wasn't very pleasant and stood out compared to the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel.

Very central location, yet not noisy. Great and helpful staff, clean and tidy room, effective AC (not a trivial thing in Amsterdam even through recent heatwaves) and an a great wallpaper!
