The location was superb—just a 3-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal and about 5 minutes from Dam Square- centre of everything. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I especially loved the view from my window in Room 402!
The staff were also very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The towels were replaced with fresh ones every day, which we appreciated. However, we noticed that the bed linen was not changed throughout our stay. It would be better if the bed linen could also be changed regularly, especially for guests staying for several nights.

I enjoyed the location and the comfortable bed, the room was nice and cozy. The breakfast was extremely delicious and good variety of food
The water is spilling out of the shower enclosure onto the bathroom floor. If the shower cannot be rebuilt, please add to every room window wipers for cleaning.

The hotel was in an excellent location for the train station and very clean.
The beds made a lot of noises with every small movement. I toss and turn a lot when I sleep so this was a bit bothersome.
