I love everything about this hotel. The above and beyond hotel staff, very nice classic double room with comfortable bed and the window with amazing views and above all, the best location. I highly recommend it and when I’m in town again I will prefer to stay here only. Centraal station is literally 4 minutes walk away and all the places that you possibly want to go to is within 15 minutes of walking distance. I love the fact that there were many amazing restaurants in the very close proximity to this hotel. I don’t find the hotel classic double room to be too cramped it was nice to my liking.
My only complaint was that the sink gets clogged within few seconds of opening the faucet, I asked the front desk but this didn’t go away even after their maintenance took care of it. I hope this will be taken care of soon. Also noise level is a little bit higher due to room being on the street side but if you are a lot sensitive better to get the one at the back side.

Close to central station and easy to locate and luckily there was a window for fresh air.
The room I booked was in the basement (-1) and very difficult to navigate to- especially with 2 suitcases. It was noisy.

Check in was fairly simple. The breakfast was good. Staff in breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The room is small but to be expected in Europe. Our room had multiple levels so beware. We had two steps up within the door and one step down into the bathroom. Definitely tripping hazards.
