Convenient to airport, free easy shuttle pick up, restaurants on site, bed very comfy and nice size
Dirty carpet in hallway. The breakfast option was nasty and that cafe was dirty. The airport was a better option for breakfast. And the other sit down restaurant on site was far superior for dinner!

I didn't like the fact that everything was so expensive.2 for a demitasse sized coffee is ridiculous. This hotel only deals with cards, no cash transactions so that 4 bag of m&m's will really cost about $10.

Nice hotel; free shuttle to and from airport. Within walking distance of a bus station. Also has a mcdonalds behind the bus stop in case you need to get a Happy Meal. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing. This place is a rat hole, and at $---it was still very overpriced.
The staff is terrible. The smell is awful. The room was filthy and would not heat up. The bathroom was disgusting and the whole place is dark and dank. I went elsewhere and just took the loss. Any review that is positive is a fake one left by them.

This hotel is nice because it's close to the airport and to a busy bus station. It's clean, the bed was comfortable, the lobby was bright and welcoming, and the shuttle runs regularly to the airport.
There really isn't anything to eat close by. There are restaurants, a buffet, and a self-serve area in the hotel, which are a little expensive, or there's a McDonalds within walking distance.

The shuttle bus service was on time. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request.
The room didn't have Usb or usb C chargers. Also the restaurants inside the hotels were accepting only cash, I was staying only for one night so I didn't have cash with me. That was the main inconvenience during my stay.

The location and the hotel shuttle bus worked out perfectly I was able to get to the hotel and get back to the airport extremely efficiently. I needed a place to sleep for a 13 hour layover so it met the criteria for that and that alone.
Room had electric heat which was completely off when I arrived; so the room was at outdoor temperature (freezing). So I turned it on and waited. By 4 AM no joy, so front desk gave me an electric space heater; they never asked for room#.

I recently stayed at Ibis Amsterdam Airport and found the location and shuttle service to be commendable. The hotel's convenient location and reliable shuttle service enhanced my overall experience.
I was disappointed to discover that not all amenities included in the price were consistently available to guests. This inconsistency detracted from the value I expected for the cost of my stay.

Clean rooms, large tub and shower.
Booked a double double and only got a single double bed. No refrigerator in the room. TV had limited options and no option to stream to the tv.
