I really like the fact that the hotel have free shuttles every 20/30 minutes coming and going from Airport to the hotel. That really makes a difference when you travel for the first time to Amsterdam. The airport has connections to the entire city. So, extremely easy to move around.
The room is small. Also, they charge you for everything. Do not expect free coffee or water in this hotel. . . or anything above expectations

Feels like a more expensive hotel, especially the lobby. Good value for money. Easy reach from Schiphol.

The room was stinking, I think it co.es from the drainage system in the bathroom, also didn't like the food where by i paid 10€ for chicken sate sauce and got only chips with sauce, was very disappointed

No help with luggage ( I am 80 ) Basic food.....mainly greasy fast food. Poor driver of Shuttle. He did not respect comfort or safety of standing passengers. No help with baggage.

I liked the location, close to the airport and the free shuttle bus to the airport.
The room had no coffee, tea, no kettle, no anything. For the whopping price that I have paid, it was very poor. Clearly a way to suck money out of travellers.
