The location is great if you have an early flight, the airport shuttles works very good
The temperature of our room was 25c when we arrived, so hot! We called to asked help, but they said there was nothing to do, just open the window and wanted. The temp never lowed, we had a bad night for high price.

You had to pay for the breakfast but it was very good. Location near airport and shuttle to airport the next morning were both bonuses for us.
The room was VERY basic with only a bath towel each and one pillow each. I need pillows to support my leg and my husband asked at the desk for 2 more but they would only give him one.

Exceptional
Location was excellent if you are going in and out from the airport. The shuttle bus to the airport is free. Check in was very smooth and easy, the staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My room was clean and the perfect size and setup for a short stay.

Availability of the shuttle bus was very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the pond in front. Good breakfast Buffet.
At the Shuttle Bus stand at the Airport, the name ibis Hotel on the bus was not very visible from the front. Luckily, we spotted it.
On a way back to the airport, the bus was very crowded since they pickup guests from all 3 ibis hotels. The guests did not have space even to stand properly. It took around 45 minutes to get to the airport. Suggest they have 2 buses or more frequent buses during standard check out time.

Location is great, the shuttle bus service is good. And there are gym and bars which is great.

Breakfast was decent with a variety of hot & cold items available. Disappointed when hot food covers fell on the floor & staff replaced them without cleaning or inspecting them
We ate an early dinner in the Burger bar; not recommended unless desperate for food. The chicken sandwich included 2 breaded, fried, and mushy patties; the chicken appeared to be dark meat and was very salty. The burger, hold the cheese, was made with cheese and had to be remade. We were told we could only order small drinks with our meal orders.
Additionally, the mattress in our room was concave. We rolled into the middle several times during the night.

Wonderful
Friendly staff, good breakfast, and a quiet location away from city noise. Well connected to Amsterdam Airport with a free shuttle service. A nearby bus stop makes it easy to reach the city center. Great value and convenience!

Location and shuttle to the airport.
There were no instructions on how to use the heater and AC. We tried calling the reception at midnight and no one picked up. The room was not cooling. ( i think the heater was left on ) finally after fiddling with the control we got it to work.

There was no room service, no restaurants for late arrival customers, self service ATM food machine was there but short option. The most valuable service is a free airport shuttle service is provided free of cost for the hotel guests which is very helpful for new travelers.
Some hotel staffs thinks they are the Boss.
