Overall, it was fine. The receptionists were nice.
shuttle service was weird; they didn't respond to my call from WhatsApp or booking. I had to wait a long time because the shuttle wasn't there. Then, the driver said he came, but I didn't see their shuttle service; other hotels came more than 3 times when I was there.

When booking they don’t tell you some of the rooms doesn’t have air conditioning.And if you do get a room with air conditioning it’s not cool at all

A good, basic hotel that’s convenient for a quick overnight stay before or after a flight. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. The free airport shuttle was very useful and the location is ideal for the airport. The room was small, reasonably clean and tidy and the breakfast was just okay. Overall, a practical and convenient choice for a short stay.
The air conditioning could do with updating and the carpets throughout the building are looking a little tired and would benefit from being replaced because they smell bad.

The hotel is fine. The shuttle has improved (it was terrible.... very uncomfortable). Food alternatives inside the hotel are interesting

Close to Schiphol Airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast has a great variety of foods to choose from.
Daily travel to and from Amsterdam city on public transport was very expensive. The hotel is quite a distance from the city, and if you are going to visit Amsterdam for a few days, the cost of travel cancels out the benefit of its proximity to the airport. The room and bathroom unit is very small and very compact (economical design).

The room was nice, yet the air conditioning would not go below 75 degrees so it was hot in the room. The burger restaurant was great! Loved that we could take pictures in Dutch outfits with a backdrop in the lobby. Comfortable bed.
Temperature of room. Too hot. I even asked someone to help assist to get the temperature down. They said it would take a bit, yet temperature never went down.

had to stay over due to a cancelled light, booking was approved within 20 minutes of sending the inquiry with a very fair price for the night, hotel is located near the busterminal noord, room was clean, bed comfortable and hotel restaurants offered a good selection
there was absolutely nothing to complain about, it felt like extended vacation

The shuttle service is a massive add on, it takes you right to the hotel from the airport and to the airport on a well managed time schedule.
The place doesn't really cater for smokers and have gone along with the anti smoking craze. Theres a nice outside area with tables where one hypothetically could have a nice smoke and a drink without bothering anyone, but no - youre not allowed to smoke there. Only in a pent up smoke shack,

Very comfy bed, lovely breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The staff recommendations were very good and no matter which staff member I spoke to they were all very polite and helpful. The shuttle bus is a great free service to get you to the hotel.
Maybe the decor could be slightly fixed/repaired in the bedroom because with a lot of guests there will always be a little bit of additional wear and tear. The lifts broke for almost an hour which was a small inconvenience.
