Location, welcome, service.
Noise (should have a system more information for customers not to shout in open corridor, or second door in the room. People keep on moving and shouting). Borderline cleanliness.

i like that the hotel has a shuttle service, its ideal for me that i didnt have to hurry for the delivery of the rental. room was comfortable just what i needed. comfortable launch area in the lobby and a great variety of drinks, and snacks, breakfast was also nice
ive stayes on hte ground flor, when peioly pass by your room and they talk, it seems like they are in your room talking, the launch area the fabric chairs can be cleaned a little bit better. but for the rest i have no complain

Pleasant
Location was good and also the complementary shuttle service to the airport. The location is also convenient next to a bus terminal and a MacDonnalds.
The room was very small and during the night the ventilation kept us awake. The furniture in the room also looks very outdated.

It’s an easy check in and very basic
The shuttle bus gets very crowded and getting on and off it with luggage is not simple.

Room was very basic. There is no comfortable seating in the room and only two bath towels (no hand towels).

The bed was comfortable.
The room was cramped and the shower head was damaged. When I ordered breakfast, they told me I didnt pay for it. Buffet was poor.

The room was excellent for a family of four. Location is perfect near the airport with shuttle bus. Also, is a bus station near the hotel that you can reach center city or take shuttle to the airport and go by train. If you have an extra day go to Utrecht for the day from Central Station in Amsterdam.
