The hotel was very nice, clean and the facilities were nice! The staff were great as well, very kind. There were restaurants, market place, shuttle bus service available. I’d recommend the stay!

Nice and close to the airport
The beds were very hard like there wasnt an actual mattress just boxspring on a boxspring wjth a topper
The parking was a problem.
My gf lost the parking ticket so we went to the front desk could pay in advance gave my license plate number and it was good
Or so I thought
Come next morning the bar doesn't raise I cant leave at all
So I got back in and tell them and then they go and tell me I haven't paid at all so I show bank statements and said look there that piece of paper shows my license plate and she said not yours!
So I showed my registration card with my license plate and then she tried to tell me again that I still had to pay for parking (which I had already done)(24 €for 8 hours)
So after some time arguing they told me the bar would go up when I get there
Got back in my car drove up, waited 5 minutes and it didnt open
So I reversed let another car thru and just chased them quickly

The only negative, which was not the fault of Ibis, was that due to the train strike, the Schiphol shuttle was late, and then full, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. As it turned out, it didn’t matter because my flight was also delayed, by 90 minutes.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, frequent airport shuttle, comfortable bed, coffee & snack foods available, extra towels and toilet paper on request, cart available to get luggage from room to exit.
The room was a long walk from the entrance and included a ramp, which was difficult for my friend who walks with 2 canes. Restaurants seemed expensive, didn't use them, but they did allow me to get coffee and take it to my room. My friend said the location was inconvenient to other places we needed to go ( but it was chosen for airport and shuttle). Had to squeeze around the bed.

Breakfast was decent with a variety of hot & cold items available. Disappointed when hot food covers fell on the floor & staff replaced them without cleaning or inspecting them
We ate an early dinner in the Burger bar; not recommended unless desperate for food. The chicken sandwich included 2 breaded, fried, and mushy patties; the chicken appeared to be dark meat and was very salty. The burger, hold the cheese, was made with cheese and had to be remade. We were told we could only order small drinks with our meal orders.
Additionally, the mattress in our room was concave. We rolled into the middle several times during the night.

It was esthetically attractive. Warm and inviting with comforting colors and murals. The room was well thought out for a small space. The bed was very comfortable.
We chose the nicer restaurant to eat since it looked cozy and quiet. The menu was small but had a couple of items we liked. We were extremely disappointed. It was 80€ without drinks. We had soup which was basically broth and we each had a bowl. One butter chicken and one fish curry. We easily could have got that food at a corner bowl shop for less than half the money. We felt like we threw away the money we spent while looking forward to a nice meal to end our holiday.

The bus times from and to the hotel are good, the atm available in case needed to withdraw money, staircases and elevator makes it easier to walk around. Liked the towels available at the gym, no need to bring from the room to clean the equipment and yourself after training.
The bathroom was not super clean, found some hair and the drain doesn’t work well, takes a very long time to drain all the water from the shower. I know most of the people doesn’t use the gym, but it was basically just treadmill working and the others were off.
