Disappointing
the paid restaurant had nice food and the staff there were good. the hotel is in a convenient location being at the airport with a shuttle bus
the breakfast was very poor with little to no choice at all, in the room some sockets didnt work, the TV couldnt be switched to english and wasnt easy to use, the bathroom was very unclean with black mold on the floor and around the shower. the bed was also very uncomfortable with bright lights located directly above the pillows. the rooms had an unpleasant odour and when in the room you could hear everything in the corridor and the adjacent rooms.

had to stay over due to a cancelled light, booking was approved within 20 minutes of sending the inquiry with a very fair price for the night, hotel is located near the busterminal noord, room was clean, bed comfortable and hotel restaurants offered a good selection
there was absolutely nothing to complain about, it felt like extended vacation

Breakfast not included in room price. The hotel is close to the airport and provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. This is very convenient.
The hotel is showing its age and the rooms probably need some updating regarding the conditions of their floors and walls.

nice place with a regular shuttle to and from the airport. It is uiet and clean and althogh bit still friendly. Very nice breakfast, which considering the price invited to eat too much and skip lunch.

Great and easy check in, all the information was clear. Unfortunately I was there for a short time. But it's a nice place and close to the airport. Great for if you need to travel, and want to be close to Schiphol without hustle.

We stay here often, we like it here....But????
Surely an Ibis Hotel which are all over the world can have air conditioning in a 4 person room!!! The other smaller rooms have it..Just because it's a bit bigger room with 4 people, in a very hot summer, the rest of the hotel have A/C but not a 4 person room..WHY???? Ibis Hotels are not struggling!!!!

Once I sorted out which Ibis hotel it was (there are 3 at the airport) things started looking up.
Very nice & kind staff.
Good room & bed.
A bit of a circuitous layout. But again once I got that sorted it was fine.
