Clean comfortable roome
Most of the staff were friendly but the person who checked me out was extremely Ely rude. She claimed I had not paid for my room, but was looking at the wrong room under a different name - despite me giving her my room key with the room number and name on it. She did not even apologise for her mistake.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the facilities were nice! The staff were great as well, very kind. There were restaurants, market place, shuttle bus service available. I’d recommend the stay!

The proximity to the airport
The bed was really bad, survival the sofa bed. The metal rod in between could be felt distinctly when sitting or lying down which made it difficult to move in the bed. The moment we turn on the central heating the room would begin to smell really bad.

Quick to attend to an issue I had with my allocated room.
The D wing has a terrible smell and all rooms in that wing seem to be affected. I was not happy and staff were very quick to allocate me a new room - as if they were already aware of it.
