Check in was easy and smooth and I do like the free shuttle bus to and from the airport.
the room was ok but still don't understand why there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also the escalators were not working properly all weekend which for me having walking difficulties had to use the lift which was busy . also with no tea and coffee in your room the only option was the coffee machine in the reception area which didn't have much choice.

Its location is excellent, surrounded by a beautiful natural environment, much like a resort.
I was quite surprised that such a large hotel didn't have security cameras in any of the corridors except for the front desk! This made me a little worried about safety, but I can only assume the Netherlands is very safe. I stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, and it's still very beautiful, but it really should update its security system.

The escalators made getting around easy and made everything easy to find. Also, they eliminated waiting around for an elevator.
The online check-in didn’t seem to make any difference, I still had to line up to see a staff member to get my key.
The bedsheets were over the mattress cover but not over the entire mattress. Seemed odd.

I asked for a quiet room and I received a Quiet Room!! I would like to recognize your staff member Yasmin she has outstanding great client relations skills very welcoming after I had terrible airline experience long haul international flight , missed connection , no sleep, etc.
She brightened my day for sure. All the staff members were very personable.Best IBIS I have ever stayed in.
Breakfast was also excellent!! Appreciate the on time shuttle Service.

No means to get money change to euros and get a bottle of water. You all don’t take the US dollar and the room had no toothbrush or toothpaste

The location of our room. It was quiet and clean. The shower worked well
The food was poor. My partner got sick from a wrap he purchased. Bo restaurants around the area other than McDonald’s. Because I booked on booking.com (which was a higher price) , I was not allowed to pay their hotels less expensive price. I was told I had to pay their hotels less booking.com higher rate.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet. Good food choices in the hotel. Frequent shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Staff were pleasant. Nice gift shop in hotel with tshirts, chocolates, other souvenirs at better prices than the airport. Hotel was nice overall and felt safe. Room was small by American standards but had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable.
I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning.
There was only one outlet to plug in things (I needed more to charge my phone, plug in a small fan, and plug in my CPap machine), so I had to unplug the phone in order to use that outlet as well.
I could not figure out how to call the front desk or use the tv.

Shuttle frequent and very punctual. Simple facilities but they have everything you need and it’s very clean. You’re close to the airport yet there’s no noise
I could not find the breakfast in the morning but I could’ve asked.. I found a coffee machine. I also was not able to watch any channels on the tv. Perhaps better signage could help?
