Zoe was very friendly and nice with checking us in. Very clean room, nice view on room, had fridge. The escalators are great, you don’t have to wait at elevators! Love all the dinning area, huge lobby! Shuttle was great, picks up right outside of ground transportation by revolving door.
Only one working charging plug, no kettle, had half shower door so water sprays outside of tube and gets some areas toilet areas wet unfortunately. Make sure you plan for about 15 ride to airport from hotel.

The shuttle was nice.
The walls were very visibly dirty (not from dirt, just yuck) and should have been wiped down. The sheets were dirty too. And on the extra bed the sheets weren’t even unfolded enough to cover the bed. There was also a group of about 30 teens on our hall hanging out pretty late in our hall talking and laughing and having fun. But they were constantly going back and forth between rooms. And The doors all slam shut very loud so you are startled awake everytime anyone on your hall comes or goes, —-and with that group it was about every 3 min until 11pm. I tried to call the front desk at 10:15 and 10:30 but no one ever answered. The room was super tiny but that would have been ok if it was quiet and clean.
We also left sunglasses in the room and called the same day to get help mailing it back to us and the lady we spoke to at the front desk didn’t know what to do or what we were trying to tell her (we tried English and Dutch). Also the google phone number is not for this hotel but the budget one next door so if you do call allow another 15 min for them to get you to the right place.

The location and the fact that they have a luggage scale in the lobby.
It was warm outside and the AC was not working. Dragging luggages on carpets in the corridor is a hassle if you have a room far from the elevator.

The location
For the price there is not worth it. When I booked my room it said 1 bed and 1 sofa, and it was just a “ bed” not so comfortable, and I had to pay for a bottle of water

Breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable twin beds. Clean room. Friendly staff. Quick check in.
We had an additional sofa bed for a third adult which was quite small. Would have been fine for a child but an adult male would have struggled.
