They took care of us well as so many were stranded. Great attitudes from the front desk to the cafe. The smash burger was great. Store in the lobby. Shuttle was helpful and had a huge capacity.
Like many Ibis the rooms are spartan. No extras. Very small room. Twin beds are very narrow. It’s just what Ibis is.

Cleanliness of the room
The shuttle from the airport was overbooked and unavailable due to passengers from a cancelled flight. As a result we had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. Specifically booked this hotel due to complimentary transfers which was then not available!

The hotel was clean. Fast check in and out. The service was fast as well.
There was a problem in the room heater, called the receptionist, she sent the manger in duty. Unfortunately the manager was trying to convince me that the controller cannot give higher than 20.5'c due to "government policy for environmental something" !!!
Which didn't make sense at all. It was obvious that they had a problem in the hotel so they gave us an extra electric heating element and extra bed sheets which was fine, but this is not why someone books an hotel! And staff should know how to handle crisis instead of giving nonsense stories.

Great price, close to the airport with free shuttles
The AC is not really heating the room so it is a bit cold in winter
