Cozy and quiet room. Staff was nice, location good with shuttle service.
There is also restaurants, bar, entertainment area.

The helpfulness of the staff.
Transport from airport to hotel. With all my language, the buss was full, the official taxi at airport turned me away because of the short trip and they were waiting 6 hours to be in the que.
