Airport shutter and comfort of rooms
The coffee facility wasn’t working no cups available to access coffee. The prices of bottled drinks was really exceptional expensive.

In the shower, The water are not stable between cold and very hot.
The shuttle from the airport was late in 15 minutes

Good place. Near the airport with shuttle buses.
No boiler inside the room. The WiFi was not stable. The breakfast has room for improvement.

Location, shuttle bus all good
Bar staff kept us waiting a long time,serving customers that were after us.
I booked double rooms for party and we all were given triple rooms with twin beds and camped

Proximity to airport
The food was unpalatable. Buffet style there was nothing healthy. No tea or coffee stations. Only 1restaurant open. Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful.

The bus transfer was somewhat of a nightmare as the bus stops at multiple Ibis locations which are colour coded red, blue and green BUT in the dark and standing on the bus it was difficult to make out so we (and others) missed our stop!
