Free shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport. Friendly staff, especially Endang, the girl who attended us the day we arrived, she made us feel really welcome. Our room was located in a nice, Sweet Eisle, quiet place. Our stay as a family with the our child was great.

A bit confusing about prices for parking longer term. Seems like depending how you book the room makes a difference on the parking charge.

Free airport shuttle running for almost the entire day - combined with the train from the airport, you can get to Ams. Centraal from there in about 30~40 minutes;
Comfortable beds
Isolated rooms - no outcoming noise
Clean, as every hotel should be :)
24/7 Shop onsite
Bathroom door didn't close fully
Rooms had only one small trash can, definietely not big enough.
Shampoo ran out - was not replaced
Prices at the store are way higher than even in the airport.
Airport shuttle was WAY overcrowded... I've spent the journey to the airport standing askew :/

Very nice breakfast. You get what you expect from a low-cost hotel, that is located far away from the city center. Hot water and all amenities are included. The staff was kind and professional.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, as the mattress is very low quality. The AC didn't work in my room, but opening the window was sufficient. Take into account that the hotel is very far from the city center.

The shuttle from the airport was super easy to find and it was a short ride. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. We had awesome dutch beer at the bar, a great elegant dinner in the restaurant, and had a high protein breakfast with great coffee at the buffet. Even found some great reasonably priced presents for friends and family in the gift shop.
The only issue we had was that their wifi was evidently cutting out when running our credit card to pay our bill and we had to come back 3 times to run our card, When we got our Visa, we saw that the 2 times they said it didn't go through, it actually did on our end and each time we were refunded $7 less than charged. So that was an extra $14
