The staff greeting us at the breakfast buffé, Joseph, was great.
Room was not clean, blanket cover and pillow cover had purple/red stains on them (wine?) No water in the room, and no fridge (I should have checked the list om amenities, but still). Not enough power plugs in the walls so there was a box laying on the floor, strange. Breakfast buffé had two lines and staff in the middle, but he didn't seem to check what was running out, so we had to go between the lines to find things like bread and milk and syrup for the pancakes. I was a bit surprised by all this as we have stayed at ibis budget before, which was a much better experience at a lower price.

The shuttle pick up was good. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. The staff very helpful.
I was disappointed that the wifi was only available as a public option. Information about using the public transport options in the city would have been helpful.

If possible pls consider to provide clean kettle The area and space corners in the lobby are great places for guests to stretch out. Appreciate front desk staff being helpful meanwhile having to handle several batch of travellers
