Very handy courtesy bus connections. Clean room, helpful staff. Can't comment on restaurant as we were a very late night arrival and timings meant we skipped breakfast.
A kettle in the room would have been useful.

Finding the shuttle was pretty easy and it was there just as we made it outside the airport so wasn't too long a wait although it runs every 20 mins with reduced operation on sundays. We had a goodnights sleep the bed and pillows were comfortable for us and quite spacious. There was a laundry room where we were able to iron our clothes which was quite handy although the laundry was 10 euros and dryer 5 euros. Our room was located on the ground floor quite close to the entrance and as busy as the hotel got the soundproofing was pretty ok, although at times you could hear guests outside and the nearby scanner for the shop but it wasn't too loud, i imagine rooms further away from the entrance would be much much quieter.
The location is too far from anywhere, it is close to a bus stop but that takes about 30-40 mins to get into the centre. The breakfast is not appealing at all especially at 20 euros per person it wasn't worth it, water isn't provided and the in hotel shop charges 6 euros per litre and no kettle is provided in the rooms etc so basic things you expect in a hotel room aren't provided in this hotel. You're basically paying for a room to sleep and leave really, if you plan on exploring the city i'd probably suggest planning your stay closer to the rail lines so you can get around quickly rather than waiting for shuttles or buses.

The room was too hot. The shower was not enclosed 100% with a door so the water ran into the room. The room was not insulated properly so from a very early hour we could hear the noise of all the airplanes departing from Schiphol.

Perfect if you have to stay overnight to catch a connection flight the day after. Close to the airport wiht free shuttle service. Recommended

The free shuttle to and from the airport.
The rooms are not noise proofed and the noise from the airport will keep you awake. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.
