Close to the airport, free airport shuttle and all services geared to accommodate early and late arrivals / departure. Comfortable and spacious room with a view to a duck pond!

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's close to the bus station, and the free airport shuttle is a great convenience. These are definitely the hotel's strongest points.
However, I was extremely disappointed by the atmosphere in the lobby. We paid around €150 per night, yet the hotel manager allows people to sleep on the sofas and even on the floor in the lobby.
After a long flight and while dealing with jet lag, I wanted to sit in the lobby at 02 o'clock in the night...and read my book, but I was shocked by what I saw! People were sleeping everywhere, leaving me with no option but to sit on a hard wooden chair. So i went back to my small crowded room.
Unfortunately, the room was very cramped and lacked basic amenities such as chear, a kettle to make hot water for coffee or tea. I expected much better!!!
This creates a very poor impression and feels completely inappropriate for a hotel charging these prices. In my opinion, it lowers the standards of the Ibis brand and makes the hotel feel unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay at an Ibis hotel again.

The room was comfy
The fact that despite paying early i was locked out of my room because of night staff incompetence. There was no free beverages in the sweet lounge as advertised. Some of the night staff were very rude.
