The staff is friendly and the location is in a quieter place of the city but accessible to all places through public transportation.
The new year eve was extremely noisy as the fireworks was blasting almost all night..couldn't fall asleep.... Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

In Amsterdam we have stayed in many hotels, however to get experience like Hyatt is not possible. Hyatt staff, its breakfast, taking care of bags transfer to the rooms, food everything.

Staff - Esp front desk and restaurant.
Housekeeping tends to forget things and requires repeated requests. Not a big issue but needs improvement and process control/ strong KPI system to track performance.

The location was perfect for using the tram to explore the city. The room was well fitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices and the staff were extremely attentive.
