Room new and clean , like any hotel no added facilities
They requested deposit for 75 euro , I gave them my card , they took the deposit, then after 4 hours they charged my card again for 260 euro , and my reservation is fully paid before I come , and there is no mini bar at the room , no need for reservation, and my account is zero euro , in general they used my card without my permission, this very big problem And it’s 5 stars hotel , no one pick up the bags upon arrival or departure, Service very bad at reception I waited 10 min to check out

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were all extremely friendly and the facilities were perfect for us. We really enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and enjoyed drinks in the bar. Very family friendly hotel, had everything we needed. Also, a great location - easy to catch the metro in to the centre, also lovely area to walk around and close to bars, shops, restaurants, etc.
