Our stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam was comfortable overall. The room was good, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, we had a serious issue regarding the final payment. The hotel charged us €133 more than the agreed amount. We discussed the discrepancy with the reception staff during our stay, and they acknowledged the correct price and assured us that the difference would be refunded. However, more than a month has passed, and we still have not received the refund. We have sent several emails to the hotel, but unfortunately, we have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The service during the stay was good, but the lack of follow-up regarding an overcharge and the absence of communication afterward have left us very disappointed. We expected a hotel of this standard to handle such matters more professionally.
