Staff were excellent. They were helpful, accommodating and informative. Room was spacious and warmly decorated.
Fewer towels, and only one robe for two guests. Bathroom is loud and echoes, even with door closed.

Helpful and very friendly staff. The location is a little far from all the events, but again it's good because it's isolated from the crowd. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast at an enviable level.
I found it strange that the window could not be opened, I believe the fourth floor is not that high.
