Loved the plant theme. The hotel was spotless and staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were amazing. Nice quiet neighbourhood which was good to get back to after the craziness of central Amsterdam!
The sauna wasn’t working one of the days.

Everything, we really loved our stay in the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. It is a modern chic building, but still near enough to the city center more touristic area. You have the best of 2 worlds. The staff was awesome, from reception, restaurants and maintenance. We had an issue that they solved in less than 5 min. Beds super comfy. The breakfast 10/10.

Great location, 20/30’mins walk to city centre or zoo or museums. Excellent staff who really made us feel welcome with our little one, and so knowledgable as to where was good to go with young children. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Rooms are very old with carpet and dirty. It needs urgently an update. It should not carry name Regency.
