The place is very pleasant, the stuff at the dest is very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and good sized.
The location is nice but a bit distance from most attractions and restaurants.

Everything, we really loved our stay in the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. It is a modern chic building, but still near enough to the city center more touristic area. You have the best of 2 worlds. The staff was awesome, from reception, restaurants and maintenance. We had an issue that they solved in less than 5 min. Beds super comfy. The breakfast 10/10.

Room new and clean , like any hotel no added facilities
They requested deposit for 75 euro , I gave them my card , they took the deposit, then after 4 hours they charged my card again for 260 euro , and my reservation is fully paid before I come , and there is no mini bar at the room , no need for reservation, and my account is zero euro , in general they used my card without my permission, this very big problem And it’s 5 stars hotel , no one pick up the bags upon arrival or departure, Service very bad at reception I waited 10 min to check out

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The hotel has a modern, stylish design with a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. I especially appreciated the large windows that brought in plenty of natural light. Service was excellent throughout my stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is also very convenient: close enough to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, Hyatt Regency Amsterdam offers a great balance of comfort, style, and service. I’d definitely stay here again

Everything from start to finish was about exceptional service. There was an Indonesian origin lady at the reception, I don't remember her name was just superb (she wore a grey hijab). Welcoming, polite and so warm. She was exceptional but in general all the staff were brilliant

I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and thoughtful design—especially the lobby, corridors, and rooms, which are beautifully styled with botanical-themed artwork that creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Breakfast was a 10/10: an excellent variety of options and very attentive service made it a highlight of the stay. The gym was reasonably sized and well-equipped, covering all the essential equipment needed for a solid workout.
