Room was clean and comfortable. Location was superb and I did not try the breakfast.
I arrived late at the hotel, around 10.30 pm. Empty Fridge. There's nothing to drink except two small bottles of water. The reception did not pick up multiple attempts to get room service. When the food arrived, I could not open the beer bottle because there was no bottle opener in the room—had to ring multiple times again to get a bottle opener. Finally, someone brought one up, but neither he nor I could get the opener to work. So he had to leave again to find another opener. He came back 15 minutes later, but the beer was already warm and the food cold. The whole back and forth lasted 90 minutes. He then left again with the opener, leaving me once again with nothing to open my bottled drinking water. I finally had to use a spoon to pry open the cap. Night service was deplorable. The night staff team is clearly incompetent and inexperienced. I refused to pay for the room service when I checked out the next day.

I stayed at this hotel and they didn’t return back my security deposit. Please contact the bank and reply to me as to where my security deposit is. It’s been longer than 3 weeks. Thank you.

The staff in general were very welcoming and pleasant.
We were offered a room with a view of the canal when waiting to check in, but once we checked in they gave the room away. Some king rooms are interrupted by trams outside running until midnight.

Nothing Booking.com guests are given backyard rooms with poor views Cutleries are old Upholstery and linen are also not new for booking guests
