After a very long, terrible day and having to switch hotels, I walked in and was greeted by Kannika, who was an absolute delight! She went above and beyond in helping me and really turned my day around. Exceptional service all around and I will be coming back!

I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and thoughtful design—especially the lobby, corridors, and rooms, which are beautifully styled with botanical-themed artwork that creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Breakfast was a 10/10: an excellent variety of options and very attentive service made it a highlight of the stay. The gym was reasonably sized and well-equipped, covering all the essential equipment needed for a solid workout.
