I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and thoughtful design—especially the lobby, corridors, and rooms, which are beautifully styled with botanical-themed artwork that creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere.
Breakfast was a 10/10: an excellent variety of options and very attentive service made it a highlight of the stay. The gym was reasonably sized and well-equipped, covering all the essential equipment needed for a solid workout.

I forgot my jacket in the room after check-out, and when I contacted the hotel to retrieve it, I was informed that it could not be found. This is unacceptable, and I strongly believe that my jacket has been lost or stolen by your staff, as it was left clearly inside the room.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a clear explanation of how my personal belonging disappeared under your responsibility. I also expect appropriate compensation for the item that went missing during my stay.

On 7 December 2025 , I discovered that several personal belongings were stolen from my vehicle while it was parked in parkbee parking which i was guided to park there by hotel receptionist ( I wasn't told that the hotel had a parking area nor told the hotel parking is full - i was guided there straight away ! )
My personal belongings were stolen, including several shopping bags and an amount of €300.
I would like to emphasize that the car was fully locked, and I had entrusted the safety of my property to your secured parking facility.
I believe it is essential for the hotel to take this matter seriously in order to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely nice, professional, and always willing to help — truly one of the highlights of our stay. The Indonesian restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner.
However, the room was quite small and didn’t match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay thanks to the service and cleanliness, but the room size and setup make it feel closer to a 4-star experience.
