The hotel was modern and clean
We were told a crib would be provided for our 6 month old. When we arrived at midnight there was no crib in the room. When we ask the front they said “give us five minutes” and after 20 minutes they came to our room to tell us they could not locate the crib and apparently this was a reoccurring problem. We were forced to co-sleep with our baby in a new space on a raised mattress which is very much not safe and no acceptable

the room was nice, bed was comfy. nice to have a shuttle pick up from the airport
Crazy fire alarm went off while we were checking in due to a burnt pizza in the kitchen (or behind the check-in desk). The clerk didn't explain to others what was going on.
Dinner buffet was lacking. Dried out chicken drumsticks, and mostly batter deep fried fish. Mustard 'soup' was very disappointing. No where else to get food without car.

The transfer to/from the airport was convenient
The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We contacted the reception however since the hotel was full a change of room was not possible

The size of the room, its layout is very good. The bathroom and shower set up are one of the best we have seen during our many travels over the years. The check-in with Irina was (again) very fast, efficient and friendly. The resolution of some minor issues were resolved satisfactorily
At our age having to take our suitcases out of the shuttle van ourselves is getting a bit difficult.

I loved the room it was very comfortable. Also the shuttle service worked amazing for me because i was there just for a layover. Nice food options.
That I couldnt use the wake up service. Other than that honestly it was very very good.

Large rooms. Easy walking to bus to which will get to airport (15 min) or central Amsterdam (1 hour)

Good sized room, clean and comfortable.
Though I booked a room for 3, the third bed was a an unmade sleeper couch. Had to request linen and was provided with only 1 flat sheet and pillow.

Great breakfast, and dinner.
I loved the little town Hoofddorp easily accessible by bike. The shuttle to the airport takes about 10min but there also busses nearby to get around elsewhere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The gym was also very nice.
I was disappointed by the amenities in the room. Only shampoo and shower gel and regular soap. No body lotion or other stuff, which I would expect for the price you pay.
