Perfect location. Really easy to navigate and find from both airport and city centre. Front desk was super helpful with recommendations and information. Not too noisy either even though it’s right near transit station.

The location is great, 5minutes away from the bus stop that takes you directly to the city centre. The staff was friendly.
The room was quite dark. The kitchen area is not properly lit. Even though you could control the brightness on the lights it was still dark.
The walls were a bit dirty and we found a chewed gum on the plates in the cupboards

1. Poor staff manner: the staffs saw me tripped on the stairs to the reception. It’s ok they didn’t say anything or pretend nothing happened, but I heard they giggled right after when I turned my back).
2. Doing laundry here is pricey, 3 euro per load means If you used washer and dryer, they charge $6 euro in total.
3. Not enough hot water for shower and the water pressure is low (but they have extra strong water pressure for tiny sinks, I always had to be very careful on turning on water).
4. Tiny showering area: although they designed the shower door to close half, you still may hit the door while showering. The showering area width is just slightly bigger than the width of toilet.
5. Poor soundproofing.
6. Location isn’t easy to find as a first time visitor, although it’s next to the train station and bus station. It’s hidden in the back of a corner, you couldn’t see any signs or directions. Definitely not friendly for people with multiple luggages and small kids to go up and down stairs or find a working elevator. You may also be in a turning bus blind spot when you walk passes bus stations. If this hotel can have signs or free shuttle from the front entrance of the train station to hotel, it will definitely increase customer satisfaction and protect customer’s safety.

Staff up front very friendly and helpful.
Both tv’s in room did not work. Had to wait 22 hours before fixed. Maintenance man was very rude and disrespectful towards a guest and I had to make a complaint. Said we would be compensated 92euro or dollars for inconvenience and bad attitude but still have not seen it refunded.

Big yes, but would benefit from a little bit more furniture because it’s big and empty, or simple things like a broom! (When you stay more than 2 days, a broom is really appreciated)
If you’re traveling alone: be careful at night because we’re very close to the train station which can be a blessing and a curse (we didn’t get in any trouble but saw some weird guys not so far from the hotel at night)

This property has comfortable beds, a kitchen, a big closet, and the room itself is roomy. It is right next to the train station and only one stop to Amsterdam Central Station. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’ve been very happy both times, highly recommend!

We got a room upgrade, it was beautiful and specious :) the staff was super friendly & helpful. It was very close to the trainstation and the trains/metro run frequently and it’s so easy :) we will be back :)
