The location was great , the hotel upgraded me to a suite for free that came with a lovely opal bathtub my date was throughly impressed. Previous hotel I stayed in was more than double the price and wasn’t half as nice as this place.
Apparently I was not allowed to use the balcony in my suite

The tub was comfortable, perfect for my vacation. What was exceptional was the space of the room. Also, the bed was comfortable and i can project the contents from my phone to the tv.

Perfect location, helpful kind staff, comfortable bed.
The coffee machine wasn’t plugged in and had to be moved to somewhere with a plug point, same goes for the kettle.

My stay was excellent after finally settling on a room that I could get into..no stairs, not below ground or slanted ceiling...I was upgraded to a bigger n very comfortable room bathroom..I really appreciated the reception staff for understanding..I felt bad but some things I just can't do..
After 3rd room selection not a lot...one elevator is tiny if going up to 4th floor...down 3 sets of stairs to catch the lift to the 5th floor..my travelling companions paid extra for a large room..wre given a room on the 4th floor. Tiny with slanted ceiling n no room to move..complained n put in larger room on level 1 subterranean..but it was ok...otherwise all staff great!!

There is no sound proof room so sometimes you can hear the noise from outside of the room
