Perfect place with big rooms, always clean and facilities great. The breakfast worth its price and the service is way above average
Our stay was perfect, from the room to the staff. I have no issue i did not like. We will be back for sure

The shower was broken and it was despite having notified the staff as soon as we realized the defect, nothing was done to fix the shower nor to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Really lovely and comfortable. I loved the bath tub after a long journey. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Just needed some milk in the bar fridge for my tea but there is a spar just around the corner anyway so we didn’t suffer!

Wonderful
We had a large room, it was very clean and comfortable, the bath was terrific after a big day of walking. The hotel is well located and a very easy tram ride from Central Station. The staff were excellent, very attentive and responsive, helpful in every way, nothing was an effort!

It was not to clean everywhere and rooms need to have renovation.
