We stayed at the hotel and the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, luxurious, and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The hotel’s location is simply perfect – close to everything and very convenient. In summary, highly recommended!
We didn’t got a coffee refill everyday like expected But it so not important because everything else was great

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good.
They should have an additional coffee maker in the restaurant as there was always a line. The bed sagged in the middle. They should consider adding artwork to the bedroom.

Location was great. Room was good size.
Breakfast was crowded. Had to stand one morning because there were no tables. Long lines for one coffee machine. Food staff was overwhelmed. Food was ordinary.

We chose so that two couples could travel together, have separate bedrooms but have common lounge area to hang out. Was walking distance to many areas and trams.
The apartment was only reachable by not just stairs but very steep, narrow stairs.

My favourite place to stay in Amsterdam, close to the park for morning runs but close to the canals too for easy visiting and to walk to the office.
Some of the rooms can be a bit small and tight.

Bright and clean . Really nice staff.
We were upgraded to a suite. The room was very big but the decor was dated and a little old. I think it is yet to be refurbished like the rest of the hotel

Great location, very close to Rijksmuseum and Vondel park, and an amazing team at reception desk - professional, but also caring and kind, who make you feel truly welcome. Got a room upgrade - appreciated a lot!
