Fantastic location, really comfortable bed, great sized bathroom with walk in shower, cool hotel
Our room did have a view straight in from the office the other side so had to keep the privacy curtains closed

We loved the location, it was perfect and o walk everywhere.
We had items opened and taken from Our room which was quite shocking to be honest. We have never experienced this anywhere else. When we mentioned this to staff there were shocked and very apologetic, but it really threw me off, and whoever took the items hid them so we
Wouldn’t notice. Very odd.

Location was close to most restaurants and tram stop and clean.
Don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper, a lot of loud people walking through the streets late at night. Hotel directly opposite a block of offices, had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Rooms have poor lighting and shower seal doesn’t work so flooded part of the bathroom.

The best part of our stay was the staff. They were really kind and professional. When our Uber driver left us in the wrong place and our navigation wouldn’t work one of them actually came to us and walked us back to the hotel!

The hotel was very clean and spacious. we had the double shower bathroom. the breakfast was delicious and the staff the we spoke to were very helpful and polite at all times
the radio was broken and it didn't get fixed. the tap in the basin was loose and that did not get fixed either. maybe a few extra hangers would be good.
