The staff were exceptionally helpful with genuine hospitality, they create a nice friendly atmosphere while at the same time providing very professional service. The food was very good, always freshly cooked, really enjoyed the breakfasts. Location is central, rooms spotless and beds super comfy, but the staff are the diamonds in this hotel. We enjoyed 4 day stay here and would recommend it.

It was a lovely hotel in a great quite location, just few minutes away from the beautiful canals and museums. Had a lovely restaurant, which serves a good breakfast and at night has a lovely ambience. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious with a very cool design!

Great location at Rokin. The room was big and bathroom very modern and big too.
Staff were very friendly. Athanasia and Jort at front desk were very helpful especially. Will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Very centrally located! Walkable to the square, shops and restaurants! The amenities were great and the restaurant was really good! Staff was amazing!! Will stay here again next time I come to Amsterdam!
