We really enjoyed our stay at this WOW hotel in Amsterdam. The rustic style gives the place a warm and cozy feel, and you can tell a lot of care, into every detail, which felt thoughtful and personal. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable from start to finish. The staff was friendly, always smiling, and genuinely helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The location is great and makes it easy to get around the city. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, a nice way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would definitely come back again every time in Amsterdam!!!

The location is absolutely perfect, very close to Dam Square and all the restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel is really lovely and classy and the staff were really lovely and helpful, I would definitely stay there again if I was to ever go back to Amsterdam (which I hope I do one day).

The bathroom was nice and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is amazing, close to tram and metro stations and a lot of restaurants and cafes.
One of the towels was dirty, and the carpet didn’t seem to have been vacuumed before we arrived. The heating didn’t work properly in the room on the first day, and it never worked in the bathroom, even after maintenance was carried out. Because of these issues, the value for money didn’t feel great. Also, the bedside lights had exposed wiring, which was a bit concerning from a safety point of view.
