Perfect location to reach the hotel from the train station and to walk out. Good size room with lovely large, walk-in rain shower. Very clean with towels replaced daily. Complimentary water is always good. Lovely, welcoming restaurant and bar area. Being very central there is a lot of people traffic passing by late at night (in high spirits!) so the extra security is a comfort - key card needed to enter your floor and bell only access to the hotel main entrance after 11pm. Given the location the room was very quiet, no excess noise from the halls or the street. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely fabulous.
The low lighting sets a cool mood/ambience but everything was a little bit too dark for us (needed to keep curtains drawn as were on a lower floor facing the building/workers directly opposite).

Great location, great attention to detail with decor throughout, very spacious room and friendly and helpful staff (from their warm welcome on arrival to efficient check out). Loved the ‘key access only’ to room area, very secure.

The hotel was very cozy and charming and in a great location - right in the heart of town without being on the main road. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, very inviting with great service - not the typical hotel coffee shop that one is accustomed to at large hotels.
The check in staff late at night are not quite as knowledgeable as the day and evening staff. I would recommending settling bills etc while the day staff are there. We checked in and checked out at odd hours and it was a bit time consuming. Having said that all the staff are well meaning and helpful.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel has a convenient location not far from the railway station.
The first room I was checked into had a light smell of smoke. The room was also quite dark, and the windows faced directly onto a nearby business center just a few meters away. Office workers could see straight into the room, and the lights in the offices stayed on all night, which made it feel neither private nor relaxing. The lobby is very small and not particularly cosy, with almost no comfortable space to sit or spend time. Many of the photos of the hotel actually show the restaurant rather than the lobby area, which can be a bit misleading. Another small but confusing detail: when you exit the lift on the room floors, there are no signs indicating the direction of the room numbers, so it’s unclear whether to go left or right.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room but lighting was a little dim.
Breakfasts were very generous but quite limited in choice and expensive if booked ahead..
