The decor was nice, location great (close to train), and the area felt safe and well lit. The restaurant was also quite good.
Not really a conventional lobby to hang out and work in. That would have been helpful but not a big issue. I don't think I got my money worth out of the breakfast. How many things you could order off the menu wasn't very clear.

Staff super nice and helpful.
Wifi in my part of the hotel did not work, due to a broken router, which made it an expensive stay due to having to use roaming charges for online zoom meetings.

The hotel was centrally located yet in a quiet side street…also the facility was well maintained and the upkeep was proper.

Location is excellent, room is a good size, nice bathroom. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Bar/Restaurant downstairs advertised hours until 10pm for food but we went down just on 9pm to be told it was closed. We were looking forward to having something to eat & then had to go out.
The lighting in the room is very very muted with no way to turn it up. It was very frustrating trying to do anything that you needed light for especially if you wear glasses anyway. The receptionist said they could bring another lamp up but that would not have been enough.

Location was great… near everything you may need
My room location was awful… my window looked over an office building so close I can see what’s on their desks! Very uncomfortable I keep my curtains closed 99% of the time… also I was one the first floor so it was VERY noisy all day and most nights… keeping the window open was not an option. Only when I leave the room. Though it was a none smoking room, but I can smell the smoke from others smoking outside

Exceptional Hotel, loved every moment of my stay. The staff has been very helpful and was super friendly at any time. During ADE in Amsterdam this is very unusual and was a pleasant experience. The rooms are huge, very clean, super comfy beds and had a great, big bathroom. I had a room to the back which was super, super quiet. The location is in the middle of the town and you can easily walk everywhere. Highly recommended hotel !
If there is anything "negative" to say is that in my room there was an air-con which was connected to the whole house and could not be turned off separately. It went off automatically late afternoon but started again in the morning. A bit weird you cant turn it off yourself but was acceptable to me. I had to leave early anyway. Rooms to the front might get a bit "noisy" from the pedestrian street at night.
