Really nice restaurant, decor, location and friendly staff.
It’s a shame that most hotels in Holland now give you tiny bath towels. Feels a bit like ‘camping’.

Fabulous location and wonderful Amsterdam style and design in a street with a history of theatre. However, it’s the staff and service which are outstanding, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about their city. Great breakfast and superb cocktails!

Perfect stay for a long weekend. Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Great restaurant The Lobby. Perfect location within walking distance to most places around the city. Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Location and room were both superb. On a quiet street just off Rokin. Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast offering and service were a bit off. Whilst reception staff and most in the restaurant were excellent there were one or two in the restaurant who didn't seem to want to be there. Plus the cappuccino was always lukewarm and they had very nice fresh orange juice it was never offered. And little things like asking for cutlery. Nothing major but for a top hotel then these little things should be ironed out.

The service from the front desk to the dining room was professional but very accommodating. Excellent staff.
The room was large with tilt in windows for fresh air. Great bed to sleep on and clean pressed bedding
Bathroom toiletries are exceptional. Towel heater a plus
I notice no temperature controls for the room. Since it was spring it wasn’t an issue. A floor standing fan would not work for me on a hot day

Just slightly too warm in the room but everywhere was very clean. Location in the old quarter provided tranquility whilst being close to where we wanted to go.

Dark room. Old and tattered furniture
Highly Overpriced. Situated in an alley where taxis can’t reach. You have to walk with your luggage to the end of the street to get a taxi.
