An amazing hotel with stylish rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and the rules and procedures were very clear and easy to understand. They kindly accommodated an early check-in, so after a long journey I was able to settle in right away. Everyone was very welcoming.

The location was good when we realised the proximity to Amstel Station
On checkin for which we were 6 hours early we requested any available tourist information and were informed all information was in the room. When we finally arrived to the room there was no tourist information. I went back to the check in desk and the girl immediately reached under the counter and handed me the tourist information folder.
The pillows are far too small.
We understood that the hotel had an international rating of 4 star. We considered to be 3 at best.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it was not directly in the city center, the location was still very convenient. It was less than a 10-12 minute walk to the metro station, and from there several direct lines connected easily to the central station and downtown Amsterdam.
The area itself felt modern and quiet, and I really loved the hotel’s interior design. The whole atmosphere was inspired by nature, with green tones and a very stylish, relaxing aesthetic. The restaurant was excellent as well, beautifully designed and clearly popular even among local visitors. I had dinner there and was extremely satisfied with the quality. Breakfast was also very good, especially the fresh bread that was available.
The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. One evening when I arrived late for dinner, they kindly kept my meal for me. They also provided both ironing service and an iron to use during my stay, which was very useful.
I also appreciated the small details in the room. Slippers were provided, which is something I do not often see even in many hotels. There were enough towels and toiletries available, and these details really helped make the stay more comfortable.
The room itself was beautifully designed with large windows that brought in a lot of natural light. My room was on the ground floor next to a canal, which created a very peaceful atmosphere, especially in the mornings with ducks and birds around the water.
I was also satisfied with the Wi-Fi connection. The speed was reliable and good enough to comfortably handle work and daily tasks.
There were only a few minor points that could possibly be improved. The room I booked had what was presented as a double bed, but it was actually two separate beds placed together. Since I stayed alone, it was not a major issue for me, but the separation between the mattresses was noticeable and slightly less comfortable than a real double bed.
Another point is that my room was on the ground floor with very large windows facing outside near the street and canal area. The natural light and view were beautiful, and the blinds provided privacy when needed, but during the evening the room was still somewhat visible from outside. Guests who are more sensitive about privacy may find this slightly uncomfortable.
I also appreciated being able to use the iron free of charge, which was very helpful. However, the iron itself seemed to have residue from previous improper use and needed cleaning before it could safely be used on clothes. The ironing board cover also looked a bit old compared to the otherwise very clean and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. These are small details, but improving them would match the hotel’s overall quality and presentation even better.

The warm welcome at reception, the tasteful interior design, the quiet Premium room, the cozy bar, absolutely delicious dinner, convenient access to the parking bays and on foot, Amstel station is easily accessible.
The only thing missing is a swimming pool or jacuzzi ;-))

After 10min discussion, we could stay - booked one family room (seperated doors), late c/o were charged for 2 rooms. It’s a shame that things like that happen on the day of departure; otherwise, there would have been nothing to complain about

I stayed through Kings Day, there were lots of Dutch guests which is a good sign. The locals also eat here. Don't be put off by distance from central, the bus stop is right outside, it comes often and the prices have a daily cap across trains/trams/buses. The place was exceptionally clean, there was no dust on top of any parts. I was in the smallest (comfort room), it was big, the bathroom was very big. Nice shower, water pressure. Black out blinds and a thick curtains. Cannot hear anything outside or from other rooms. The place is well staffed, all the staff speak good English which is helpful and they are really nice people.
The room had a laptop sized safe, hangars, coffee machine, kettle, tea bags, coffee/sugar, fridge. The bar gave me milk. There was a hair dryer. Towels are a little bit small (narrow). Lots of plug sockets and they have a box of spare adaptors at reception. Check out 11am, you can change this to 12:00 for free. You can leave your suitcase there all day after you check out. Exceptionally good hotel, will be back!
There is a small park and lake across the road. If you walk past that, you can get to a BP garage for cigarettes. The bar seemed to be open until around midnight and you can get drinks or food until late. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner times, and also an all day bar menu which is not too expensive.

The hotel is very stylish, beautiful, and cozy, with a lovely garden. The location is also convenient for the metro, not far from the city center, but without as many crowds as in the center. The people at the reception are very friendly, and it is a lovely touch that they offer apples. The food in the restaurant is delicious as well. However, there are no vegetables at breakfast, which is strange. The menu is also quite limited and very small, but everything is tasty.
pillows were very uncomfortable — extremely hard and large. You could break your neck on them. We asked the hotel for alternative smaller pillows, but they were also very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard as well.
