Reception and restaurant experience was quite nice.
This was the least pleasant room that we stayed in so far. The bed was facing the hallway of the hotel, so I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains. One of the toilet buttons didn’t work, and one of the lamps in the room didn’t work properly like dimming the light.

good design, everyone friendly, great breakfast. Enjoyed it and would come again for the right price. Might be a gem that is not that well-known yet.
Location is a bit off the beaten path and looks rather 'harsh' from the outside..

The location was a little off the beaten track in a residential area, and very close to green spaces — including the beautiful Frankendael Park — as well as canals, cafés, and bars within walking distance. Our ground-floor room overlooked a peaceful waterway and enjoyed plenty of sunshine.
We loved our well-appointed, 1970s-themed room with its spacious, high ceilings and utilitarian chic bathroom. The in-room coffee was excellent and thoughtfully replenished as needed.
The atmosphere throughout was relaxed and low-key, which suited us perfectly, and we appreciated being able to come and go freely. The staff we met were professional, polite, and genuinely warm. On arrival, we were offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco each — a wonderful, much-needed touch!
We had planned to use the bar facilities in case of rainy weather, but as luck would have it, the weather was fabulous — mostly sunny, reaching 26°C at one point. We met up with some Amsterdam friends who came over with their children, and we were able to sit outside together while they enjoyed their favourite snacks.
A lovely, relaxing stay overall — we would happily return.

Modern hotel with nice lobby and spacious rooms. Location is close to a main transport spot. Great value for money for Amsterdam and thoughtful staff

Loved this hotel, well decorated, nice vibe, spacious clean rooms, friendly staff. The restaurant was nice too (the burgers were good and the chicken). We would definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Amsterdam, as it was really good value.
Location… I knew this before booking, so it was fine, but it is a ten minute walk to the train or a $20 uber into town.
Breakfast… there was no option to just order something small, we had to pay the full price of €27 and it was that great. Croissants were over baked, and the scrambled eggs were basically raw and uncooked.
Didn’t detract from a great stay though.

I liked the design of the place in general and size of the bedrooms
The food wasn't great and lacked variety and healthy options. The location is far from the city centre and it wasn't easy to get cabs. They also became very expensive at night. The wifi connection was poor. The mattress was too firm.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, a bit away from the center, however there is a metro stop not so far away.
It says here that I was at the hotel for two nights, however I was there for 3 nights but on two different reservations as my stay got extended one day. The first two nights was in a Deluxe room (20€ surcharge over the Comfort room), the third night was in a comfort room. Honestly, don't pay extra for the deluxe room, I literally could not tell the difference between the two rooms.
Parking is 35€ per day, which is extremely expensive this far from the center and you are not informed up front about the high parking fee.
First evening I had dinner in their restaurant and ordered a 4 course menu for 59€. I am not a person who eats a lot, but I left the restaurant only half full - portions where tiny. At least there was a MacDonalds just a few hundred meters away. But honestly this isn’t ok.
Internet is really bad and I could not work using the hotel internet, the connection was simply too bad, slow and sometimes not working at all. That meant I had to use my mobile roaming data and buy extra so I could do my job during my 3-day stay.

Front desk staff (spoke English) very welcoming and provided us immediate comfort by offering water and champagne (we had a 24 hr prior exhausting plane trip). The property is great and feels really modern, used the bar for coffee and the staff was nice and the coffee great. They have first come first serve bikes we didn't use.....a little far from all the action but quickly get used to the underground and you have a quick walk to the station to go anywhere you want for cheap. Loved this city and had friends that also stayed here and loved the hotel. Would come back!
