Very Good
We really liked that we could refill our bottles with clean cold water at any time of the day at the Lobby. Also we liked that because our arrival & departure time was either very late or very early there was always a person at the reception to help us.
The only thing missing that would make our stay perfect was that we would like the room to have a proper wardrobe to hang our clothes.

Good
The hotel has a modern feel, rooms are nice and spacious and the location is very close to Amstel station which allows you to get to the city center very quickly.
The cleaning staff mistakenly took my phone charger. We had to chase staff for three days to figure out what happened and it was never recovered. We received a refund but staff did not communicate with each other on this and we had to explain the same thing over and over again for days.

Very Good
It was in a great location and the interior design was really lovely. The housekeeping team were also excellent. Large room and great view. Lovely and quiet area. The beds were very comfortable.
Our phone did not work and this didn’t get fixed. So room service was us going down to reception to order it.

The room was pretty big and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice, and the staff was always helpful.
I had no cleaning one day, although I was only there for a short stay so it didn't bother me a lot.

Stylish hotel which was a soothing escape from the busy centre of the city. Beautifully designed rooms!
Kettle in the room could do with being replaced - but nothing serious

Amazing hotel, we loved the bar and dining area and the rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. All the staff were lovely and the food was amazing. This hotel is a short walk to a metro station which is only 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central. Highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing everything was perfect
