The room was comfortable and nice, and quiet - we appreciate that. The interior of the whole hotel was lovely. The location was convenient, quiet residential area, close to public transport to the city centre.
The bathroom floor was dirty, the breakfast staff was not very motivated, and the wifi did not work. It was just two nights stay.

Spacious and comfortable room! Friendly staff. About 700m from a metro/tram/bus station. Connectivity to the centre is great.
Breakfast was a bit pricey at 27euro per person per night. So we didn't opt for it.

Good location and friendly staff. Spacious and reasonably comfortable room with a large window. Good bathroom and reasonable facilities. Breakfast was good, but a bit pricey for what it was.
As mentioned above, breakfast was good but at EUR 27.50, perhaps a bit pricey - fresh orange juice would have been good. The room was spacious but the furniture was arranged a bit awkwardly - TV above sofa (!?), sockets very difficult to access (udder tables, behind bed frame). Lighting was also very dim throughout the hotel (room and public areas), not terribly good for sight-impaired people like me.
A relatively minor quibble: the room safe didn't work. We reported it the first morning, and somebody (very friendly) come to try and fix it quite quickly. However, they couldn't fix it (the master code didn't work and the physical key didn't work either). They apologised and said that they would report it and try to get it sorted ASAP, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left (we stayed 3 nights).

The hotel was in a nice location. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to buses and the metro (NS). I included breakfast which it was very nice because you had the buffet and the ability to order from a menu .

Ideal Location to the City, easily accessible by Tram/Train.
Hotel is clean, relaxing and very comfortable.
Staff treat you like the most important guest staying.
My only complaint is that Car Parking charges are not included in the stay price.
