The unique The July - Twenty Eight offers a new hotel/apartment concept with spacious, comfortable design apartments combined with the service and facilities of a luxury hotel. Featuring a sauna and fitness facilities. Guests can make use of the underground garage. Friendly service in a hotel that is comfortable and beautiful decorated. There were bus and tram stops outside the hotel making it easy to get into the city and around. The studio apartment was a great size and well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
There is very little we didn't like! 2 small things: 1. It took about 20 minutes to get into the centre on public transport. This was fine for us for our 2 night stay because transport was clean, so easy to use and so frequent, but some might prefer to be closer to everything. 2. We would have preferred bigger towels.

We came to see family for a week at Christmas. The staff was very welcoming and chatted with us daily as we came and went. They answered questions, solved problems, gave Amsterdam advice when asked. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was even better than we expected with comfortable beds, tons of closets/storage, and pleasant furnishings. I particularly liked the heated bathroom floor. Having laundry facilities in the building was a huge bonus. A short walk to the metro or catching the trams nearly outside the door made all our outings easy.
We made several meals in the kitchen and could have used more bakeware, etc. But if you are making simple breakfasts and lunches, it is more than adequate.

Nice spacious apartment in a relaxed residential part of town just 30 mins from center. Large comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The sauna and gym were a great addition to our stay. There are a number of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Overall, would recommend.
TV wasn’t working when we arrived, but was fixed next day.
