Our experience at The July Twenty Eight was excellent! The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient, with easy tram access to all the main attractions in Amsterdam. There is also a supermarket just around the corner, within walking distance, as well as several lovely cafés offering delicious artisan bread and excellent coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
It would be helpful to have a few extra trash bags available in the room.

Nice, clean, tram stop right opposite the hotel and metro 5 minutes away. Supermarket, coffee shops, bakery etc all 1-2minutes away. We had a good and comfortable stay. Personnel were all very nice and helpful too. Cherry on top - the hotel was conveniently located to get to the sights, and marathon started and finished right opposite it. On the day hotel were providing snacks, water, ponchos and massage afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family traveling with our one-year-old baby. The room was excellent and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were very well designed and practical. Overall, the room felt more like a proper living space than just a hotel room, which made a huge difference for us with a baby.
The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet getting around was very easy thanks to the public transport stop right in front of the hotel. We actually felt that we were much more comfortable here than we would have been in a smaller hotel room in the city centre.
Breakfast did not have a huge variety, but everything was delicious, fresh and high quality. Before our trip, we thought we would probably go out for breakfast, but in the end we never felt the need to.
There is also a large supermarket only about a two-minute walk away, open until 10 p.m., which was extremely convenient for buying anything we needed for ourselves and our baby.
The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
In short, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we returned to Amsterdam.
