Arrived early, so they stored our luggage. Room was small as expected, but nice, good bed. The lift was a necessity for us. Good location, great italion around the corner. Good stay.

We stayed on the 3rd floor had a fantastic view of the Canal and its close to the city sights and restaurants and metro.
Loved our bed and 2 pillows they were so comfortable and warm the bed was great i slept so well.
Free machine coffee it was very nice in the lobby and drink water station loved this.
Lift was great and working.
Warm room heating worked well.
It was clean and well presented
A bit noisy due to the district at times and being on the canal but wasnt too bad.

Very quiet, as room to back of hotel. The friendliness of the staff. Rooms cleaned every day. The family room worked well for us.
The unfortunate smell of sick in the lift the whole 4 days we were there. Lack of storage for clothes in the room.

very good location, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby. There is a canal boat stop right opposite the hotel. The staff changed frequently, all the people without exception were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was very clean.
According to the description, the window had a view of the courtyard, but in reality it was the opposite window. The room was on the smaller side, but that's relatively common in Amsterdam.

Very good central location.
Rooms slightly small but if it’s only somewhere to sleep then size doesn’t matter. Room 15 is right above reception so can hear the automatic door opening and closing

The location is really great, close to center.
Very small bathroom, there is no shelves to put stuff to. Very small toilet, you cannot turn around, irritating. Beds are slippery, due to nylon they have below the mattress.

Couldn’t manage the temp in the room with Air conditioning unit. Radiators got too hot.

Lovely little room for two, had a great view overlooking the canal. Clean room and cleaners excellent. Very accommodating staff who were always smiling. Very excellent value for Amsterdam prices. A great memorial trip recommend for couples !

Although we paid for our reservation through Booking.com, including taxes, the hotel charged us extra taxes upon check-in. We couldn't understand this, and their explanation was inconsistent.

The hotel's location was excellent, with canal views, and the elevator was a huge advantage, as hotels of this type in Amsterdam generally don't have elevators. The cleanliness was also adequate.
However, the room decor was old-fashioned and a bit gloomy. It would be more appealing if it were designed with a bright, modern look, like the entrance to the hotel.
