Location. Access to a fridge. Comfy bed. Fully functioning aircon. TV with access to BBC. Friendly staff.
Lamp was dusty and the bulb didn't work. Cups for tea were dusty. The 2nd shower head wouldn't stay up on the shower rail. Some people may not like the narrow gap between the sink and the shower to get to the toilet.

Although small the room was quite comfortable. The location was excellent being very close to the centre of the city. The most appealing aspect was the view. Being on the top floor (4th Floor) the view onto the canal and its surrounds was amazing.
Bathrooms in these kinds of hotels are always just a tiny bit small. Other than that, all was good.

The location is fantastic and the staff was accommodating when we asked for an extension to our stay.
A major problem we faced was the airconditioning in the room. While we were informed that 18degrees was the coolest it could go, there was simply not enough gas in the air conditioning. It was constantly blowing warm air and the room never got cold.
Minor improvements can also include providing more amenities in the room such as cotton buds, toothbrush etc. but this is very secondary.

The location was excellent
The rooms were fine. We had laundry done for €30 cash - mainly underwear, mostly white, top and pants. The underwear all came back pink so must’ve been washed with red but the staff insisted our washing was done on its own.
