The Bird hotel in Amsterdam was very clean, close to the Flower Market and shops. However the twin beds for my friend and I were narrow and a bit uncomfortable but otherwise the location was excellent and the staff were very helpful

The attentive staff & fantastic location are the reason to stay here! Great food & transportation within an easy walk. Ask for an upper floor to get away from street noise.

Absolutely perfect location, right on the canal. Easy walk to most city shopping and markets. Staff were always friendly, organising taxis for us for day trips and when departing.

TV lacked limited English channels and slow due to being an Android TV or similar

Comfortable Bed. Clean room and restroom. Good shower for European hotels. Location good not great. Elevator worked well. Housekeeping friendly and helpful
Lots of Street noise. Hallway noise too. Had to wedge between sink and shower and twist to get to toilet - if you’re a larger person it could be a problem. Didn’t happen but if you lose key card $40 “fine”. Privately owned - may own tiny Indian restaurant next to it. No one at front desk both mornings - lobby area was in darkness. Staff weren’t “not helpful” nor helpful-

Very clean, and in an ideal location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I actually cannot find a fault, it was the perfect stay.

Great location. The Room felt a bit run down. Where our room was located on the first floor we heard the automatic front doors to the hotel open and close every time someone left or came back to the hotel.
