Great location. The staff was pleasant. The room is modern and clean.
More hooks for towels are needed in the bathroom/room.

The hotel’s location is wonderful, making it very convenient for exploring Amsterdam. The hotel itself was clean, and overall, our stay was pleasant.
However, the room was extremely small, so I would recommend this hotel mainly to travelers with minimal luggage, as there is very limited space.
Upon arrival, both the safe and the heating were not working. These are basic room facilities that should be checked and fully functional before guests arrive.
Another concerning incident occurred when the room attendant left our room door open, with the double lock engaged from the inside. Fortunately, nothing was missing from our belongings, but this is a serious security concern that should never happen in a hotel.

Poor
The best thing about this place is the proximity in the city to the main areas
The room was the tiniest ever - I shoukd have paid better attention when booking- the shower was super tiny. It was difficult for 2 people to open suitcases. The noise in the back street was awful at night. The rooms on each floor that end in ‘4’ back onto the elevator so you hear this when anyone is going up or down
The people staying opposite were also noisy at night
The staff aren’t particularly friendly
When we checked in the reception girl advised it was non smoking which was expected as neither of us smoke however she scolded line a teacher saying - ‘ if I find you have, you’ll be fine 100 euros
While it was a place to sleep you weee lucky if you did sleep
I’d recommend looking around for better value
It’s more like a hostel
