Disappointing
Location was good and the view was good.
Shower and sink had no hot water both days. They tried to fix, and got it temporarily working, but was out both days and couldnt take a show due to cold water. The room was located right above the main door of the hotel which was an automated sliding door and you could feel vibrations and hear it all day and night. Extremely annoying. Asked to move room, but they said it was fully booked. Pillows were not great, but that minor compared to cold water and the annoying door noice and vibration constantly.
No breakfast...place was way too costly for the place.
If you have no other option its a an "ok" place, otherwise I would not recommend this place to a friend.

Great location in the heart of the canal district. Lots of great restaurants and very walkable. Rooms were nice and well kept and beds were comfortable.

Location was ideal. View from hotel was excellent. Very accessible to everything in Amsterdam and outside. Was able to make great day trips.
I dislike that you need to put your card in to charge electronics but a lot of European hotels are like that.

Excellent location, you can walk to every part of city.
Wonderful canal view of you get a front facing room.
There are 2 mini-supermarkets just next to the hotel and a few decent pubs and restaurants below the adjacent buildings.
Beds were small but comfortable, sheets and pillows were clean.
Toilet and sink area is a bit small, but the shower size is OK.
There is a drinking water and coffee machine in the lobby (complimentary).
The building is old and sound from other rooms may be heard, but we did not have a big problem about that.
Overall it is a good experience, although the price is a little on the higher side it is worth it due to the location and cleanliness.
No significant problems except the little bit higher price, but I think this is an issue for Amsterdam in general.
We wanted to check out at 12:30 (standard time is 11:00) due to we had a transport arranged at that time, the lady in the reception wanted to charge 50 Euros extra for it, normally many hotels just confirm this kind of simple request without a charge, but again I think this is another Amsterdam issue.

Nice small hotel away from the busiest areas of the city. Canal view from our room.
Private bathroom is nice with a nice shower. Walking distance to the big attractions
Like most rooms in Amsterdam, it was small.
Location is next to some “coffee shops” those customers can be really loud on the street in the early morning.

The location was excellent
The rooms were fine. We had laundry done for €30 cash - mainly underwear, mostly white, top and pants. The underwear all came back pink so must’ve been washed with red but the staff insisted our washing was done on its own.

Great location, elevator, coffee in the main lobby. Beds were comfortable! Bathroom and shower have separate spaces. All our destinations were with in a 20 minute walk. Tram to the central train station was very close to the hotel.
