Great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood with our room overlooking a canal. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the free cocktail a bonus. Beautifully decorated space.
The bathroom was a bit small but very nice.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was very clean and staff were friendly.
This area was not quite as busy but close enough to the main centre.

Location was great. Staff very friendly especially a woman from Vietnam who spoke perfect English. Our room had a lovely canal view from floor 3. Quirky little seating area looking out over the canal and the tourist boats. Plenty of coffee and tea. They gave a lovely breakfast area/bar. I can see why they don’t open in the evenings as there are plentiful restaurants nearby. Not sure if I’ll ever be back in Amsterdam but if I am, would hesitate to stay here again. Close to central station, and the metros but quiet.

The location was perfect. It is right on one of the canals and close to so many things to see in Amsterdam. The two woman that checked us in, one was Valerie, were exceptional. They assisted with dining and things to see.
We drove to the hotel which was a mistake. There is no parking at the hotel and the cost to self park near the hotel was $10 an hour. The streets near the hotel were loaded with bike riders so you are forced to drive very slowly and constantly be on the lookout. We should have parked at a park and ride outside the city and taken a train to a station near the hotel and just brought an overnight bag.

We loved the location - walked from the train station - and nice location along a canal. Room had a nice canal view and unique sitting area. The staff had held our luggage and had put it in our room when it was ready.
The room and particularly the bathroom was very small.
