There were 3 of us and we got the largest room that can sleep 6. There are literally 6 real beds. More than enough space for us. Location is prime, only a 15 min walks from the Amsterdam Centraal.

Excellent location, near the main restaurants street in the Amsterdam Centraal station area, but yet quiet.
The hotel has a nice bar with two free drinks. Very friendly staff.

Great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood with our room overlooking a canal. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the free cocktail a bonus. Beautifully decorated space.
The bathroom was a bit small but very nice.

The location was perfect. It is right on one of the canals and close to so many things to see in Amsterdam. The two woman that checked us in, one was Valerie, were exceptional. They assisted with dining and things to see.
We drove to the hotel which was a mistake. There is no parking at the hotel and the cost to self park near the hotel was $10 an hour. The streets near the hotel were loaded with bike riders so you are forced to drive very slowly and constantly be on the lookout. We should have parked at a park and ride outside the city and taken a train to a station near the hotel and just brought an overnight bag.

We loved the location - walked from the train station - and nice location along a canal. Room had a nice canal view and unique sitting area. The staff had held our luggage and had put it in our room when it was ready.
The room and particularly the bathroom was very small.

This was our one-night splurge on our last night in Amsterdam but we way overpaid.
The space is unique (think boudoir) and great location. Bed was comfy - other than the ridiculously oversized, unusable purple pillows. The location is ideal - great vibe and restaurants nearby. Windows directly on to the canal.
Two free drinks at the bar (nice touch)
For the price - everything really should’ve been A+ however, there was a broken off mirror in the bathroom & the shower is odd and the drain was clogged (?) also, at the door is umbrella rentals for 2 EU for 48hrs, just felt cheap when the place is trying to be upper class.
Also, the over emailing was a bit much. Multiple pre check ins (that didn’t work) was too much.

Staff were super kind and very friendly. They tried to accommodate our needs as much as possible.
WIFI in the room was spotty and didn’t work at times. The other big complaint was I checked out on line and the web site offered late check out. It said that we could have until 2:00. Front office staff had no idea of this and when we had arrived at the motel (1:00 PM) from our tour our bags were in the front Lobby. Front office staff said check out was at 11:00AM. Office staff was surprised when I showed them the web page. Was not happy about this.

The property was in a fantastic location, slightly away from the crowds by the train station or the museum area. The staff was terrific.
Room 115. It was up two steps, down a hallway, down a flight of steps and had a school right in front of that part of the hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights in a canal view room. Although the room was small it had everything we needed: super comfy bed, bright clean bathroom, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, safe and room for our clothes and bags. Best of all - a nook with 2 chairs overlooking the canal where we could perch day and night and watch the every hanging scene below. Breakfast was good and the staff always smiling and helpful. Five star stay.

Location was great and our room was perfect with a garden view. The bathroom also was very nice with both a large tub and shower
The cost to stay was very expensive and probably would look to other places on my next visit. I have never paid this much for a hotel room that also didn’t include breakfast.

Staff were absolutely friendly; location is great, we did enjoy very much staying at the Sebastian Hotel, will do it again and do recommend others to try the hotel.
maybe we should have tried the rooms in the upper floors to enjoy a better view of Amsterdam...
