Bed description should be modified from description as queen to double bed.
Price of room was too high for size and quality of room.
Breakfast was adequate but unexceptional-particularly for the 17€ price. Management received suggestions on menu item of omelette and some improvements that can be made for that dish.
Staff was outstanding. Hotel was very eager to listen to suggestions and comments.

It was a good location, in a quiet and very nice area. The rooms were a good size, and they were very clean. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I thought the complimentary welcome drink was a very nice touch. Close to restaurants and bars.
I didn’t like that there was no room service, and you had to order breakfast the night before. I don’t know if they were remodeling, but I did care for looking at the stacked up furniture in the hallways.

Location was great for walking to different areas, neighborhood was beautiful, staff were great and we had card access to the hotel if after hours when staff were not at the desk. Room was clean.

It was very expensive for the room, no view. And, no real facilities (Spa/sauna). We were told initially we couldn’t get a drink at the bar, when I pointed out, they were still open hours, they reluctantly served us a drink, and then rushed us out at 11. What’s the point in having a bar if you don’t have staff to manage it during Bar hours.If I’m paying 400+ euros, I expect to at least be treated with more patience and professionalism. The price didn’t even include breakfast. Just include it, you’ll have happier guests with better reviews
