Very welcoming and helpful staff. Much appreciated. Clean and comfy room with a nice window view. A welcome drink was offered along with early check-in which I was so grateful for.

Lovely clean hotel. Very comfortable beds and location was pretty central 10min walk from main part but far enough away that it was quiet and no dodgy characters floating about hassling you going in or out of the hotel. I visited with my older son for a few nights. Staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful. Would return with my wife and other family.
Nothing really. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low but adequate for guys. Anyone with long, thick hair might struggle or have to take more time than normal.

Really clean rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. Big bathroom and really good location. The little touches like the nespresso machine, rituals products and the room pad were nice.
The balcony door kept jamming, it was extremely difficult to open and close, and there was very little hot water. There is no phone to ring the front desk so we had to go out to the front desk to ask for towels or the air conditioning remote.

Excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect for walking around Amsterdam, in a quiet area but well connected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was also very good and definitely worth it.
Nothing to mention. Everything was great during our stay.

Such a beautiful place to stay, very clean & friendly staff
Wasn’t made aware of the renovations so it was very loud on the floor we stayed & a lot of stuff had been left out on the corridors, when approaching reception staff they said oh that will be the renovation, I’m sure you should make guests aware of this on arrival to make them aware.

Location is really cool. The hotel entrance and bar is amazing.
Room are reasonable sized and you have coffee and tea but the bathroom is a bit small. I am 194 m tall and couldn’t sit straight on the toilet
