The location was fantastic, the rooms are renovated and in very good condition. We stayed in a room with a nice view of the canal. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the neighborhood around the hotel with many choices for shops and restaurants.

My room was on the top floor and I had a lovely reading "nook" area with a big window looking out to the canal.
The bathroom dispensers for shampoo and body wash - faulty and had to dismantle them to get the product out.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sebastians. Great boutique hotel with a cozy atmosphere, beautiful design, and an excellent location — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the whole experience felt easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location. Large room, up to international standards and easily accessible. Good bed. Quiet. The building has some character, and overlooks a canal. Walking distance from anything in the center, starting with the train station.
Limited service. Limited breakfast. Lounge closes at 11pm, and you get gently kicked out.

Location
Bed description should be modified from description as queen to double bed. Price of room was too high for size and quality of room. Breakfast was adequate but unexceptional-particularly for the 17€ price. Management received suggestions on menu item of omelette and some improvements that can be made for that dish. Staff was outstanding. Hotel was very eager to listen to suggestions and comments.
