Location is close to restaurants and cafes is the only thing I would say. See issues with hotel.
We booked two hotel rooms that were supposed to be near each other on higher floors, but neither room matched the reservation. We arrived early and waited while the rooms were prepared, which was fine since we walked around the city. However, although we asked staff to call when one room was ready, we never received a call or text.
When we returned to the hotel, the first room was on the first floor, smelled strongly of weed, and had one double bed and one twin instead of the three twin beds we booked. Staff said it was the only room available, so we had to wait again while it was rearranged and cleaned. The “cleaning” seemed to be only spraying the room to cover the smell, which did not work. The lobby also smelled strongly of weed several times during our stay. The hotel credited us for one night, but that did not feel like enough for the inconvenience.
The second room was on the third floor, far from the first room despite our request for nearby rooms, and it was very small. With many other hotels in the area, I would choose a different place before staying here again.

Location excellent- about 10-15 min walk from train station. Room very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was quiet. Tea making facilities in the room.
Bath and shower lovely.
Having an opening window as well as air conditioning.
There was a bar downstairs.
Room advertised as garden view, but it turned out to be roof views!
Room was very cramped, so difficult to put suitcases out, difficult to move around. The bathroom extractor did not work, so stuffy.
And was expensive. It was 10 mins from station. It had no restaurant, which when it was raining proved inconvenient.

It was close to both the train station and popular places to visit. There was a grocery store nearby, and there were many good restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning. There was a coffee maker in the room. We enjoyed having a drink at the bar after a busy day of sightseeing.
The folks at the front desk were great about holding our luggage before check-in and were happy to arrange a cab when we departed.
Everything was wonderful.

Did not get breakfast, too pricey. Location was nice and pretty central to a lot of things. The room was big, happy it slept 5 of us, but it was pricey.
Price, hallways were dark and dated.

Lovely staff. Great location. Close to station but not so close that it's a problem.
Rooms really tiny. Only just enough room to shuffle around the bed. I kept my suitcase in the corridor because there was so little room.
Bedding somewhat inadequate. A light duvet exactly the same size as the bed. Tiny little pillows reminiscent of postage stamps.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the Anne Frank museum , central station and main shopping area. The breakfast selection is vast but at a fixed price of €17 so if you only want a light breakfast there are better options at the many cafes locally. We had a room facing the canal which had a small internal balcony which was a nice feature. Rooms are functional rather than luxurious but more than adequate for a few days. Staff were very friendly and helpful
We booked two rooms and asked that they be close together but they were on different floors. Not a major issue and both were overlooking the canal. Breakfast is on the expensive side if you only want a light breakfast.

The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were delicious and the coffee was great. The bar was quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect for us.
Everything was great. I would stay here again as well as recommend it to anyone going to Amsterdam.

The room was a very comfortable size, it was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and had most of the immunities we expected. The room was well stocked with shampoo and shower gel.
We could have used an iron and ironing board.

Great hotel, staff were very helpful if we needed anything. Location was really good, 5 minutes from everything. Beds were passable but not fantastic, the room was clean and tidy and towels changed daily. All in all I'd give a 9 out of 10. Good job guys.
