The location is unrivaled, with view from the room into the quiet canal. The staff are terrifically nice and helpful, and breakfast is just great, especially as you get to sit under huge windows overlooking the canal.
This hotel is a little quirky, with rooms and bathrooms that are small, but if you are in Amsterdam, you are not here to be stuck in your room, so the clean setup and the comfortable bed is really all that you need.

The location cannot be better. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The bar area facing the canal is great fun to lounge in. The place is simply charming and you feel immersed in Amsterdam more than a tourist.
The rooms are very small and you should only share with partners or family members. The restrooms require careful maneuvering and are impossible for anyone with more than a few extra pounds ;-)

Location is really cool. The hotel entrance and bar is amazing.
Room are reasonable sized and you have coffee and tea but the bathroom is a bit small. I am 194 m tall and couldn’t sit straight on the toilet

The staff was very nice. The room was fairly large, and the beds were comfortable enough. The location was fantastic, about a 10-minute walk from the central station, located in a fairly quiet neighborhood.
For the price of the hotel room, which we paid approximately $275 per night, the shower was not working very well, and the water was not hot at all, just lukewarm. We let the hotel know, but they tried to fix it, but didn't fix it, so we ended up taking two days of cool showers. The only thing they compensated us for was giving us two free drinks. Unfortunately, my husband caught a cold from taking cool showers, which made our stay feel less pleasant.

The cost to stay was very expensive and probably would look to other places on my next visit. I have never paid this much for a hotel room that also didn’t include breakfast.

Great location — many attractions are within a 10-minute walk, with easy access to tram stops. The canal is right outside, offering beautiful views. Friendly front desk staff, daily housekeeping, stable shower water pressure, and a quiet triple room. The beds are soft and very comfortable

Can't beat the location or the service. They think of everything to make their guests comfy. Decor extremely tasteful. Room is good size. Much more spacious than I expected. I'll defo stay here again.

The location is fantastic - right at one of the canals - it’s quiet, picturesque and serene. The hotel itself is super charming, loved that we got a drink voucher that we used at the hotel bar.
