When we arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us a wonderful welcome. Since we arrived early, we left our luggage and went out to explore the city. When we returned, we found our suitcases already moved to our room, and the room was clean and nicely cooled down. We were very impressed by this customer-friendly approach
The room was spacious. We really liked that. Also, the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Thank you for everything

Just that the lobby closes after 11 pm but there was a number to call to get in after hours and it was quick

The location was fantastic, the rooms are renovated and in very good condition. We stayed in a room with a nice view of the canal. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the neighborhood around the hotel with many choices for shops and restaurants.

My room was on the top floor and I had a lovely reading "nook" area with a big window looking out to the canal.
The bathroom dispensers for shampoo and body wash - faulty and had to dismantle them to get the product out.
