The room was big enough for us as a family of 5. The location was good. Staff were helpful
The bathroom had a funny smell. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Quite noisy through the night. The safety deposit box didn’t work. Room was overpriced

The location was perfect, and my canal room view was everything I could have hoped for. I enjoyed my evenings on the terrace, watching the parade of boats. Love the elegance of Keizersgrachten and the convenience of walking to museums, grocery stores, restaurants, trainstation, and locations of historic interests. I never tired of strolling the canal lanes and admiring the beautiful Amsterdam townhouses and houseboats. Staff were helpful. Pleasant. Highly recommend, and I will come back.

Excellent location, quiet for sleeping, helpful and friendly staff, loved having a room overlooking the canal, nice to have breakfast option and bar available for beverages.
Bathroom was a bit cramped but that was not unexpected when staying in a monument building.

Breakfast options were limited, and there was no open buffet, but it was still good.
The main issue was the absence of a phone in the rooms, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Amazing location in a quiet part of the city next to a beautiful canal. Just a few minutes walk from so many facilities. Everything was spotless and comfortable.
For a summer stay, not enough outdoor space connected with hotel (e.g. to take a drink out). Bed very much on the 'too soft' side for our taste!

Rooms are definitely on the small side, but that might be common for this part of the city.

The position near Jordaan.
No PowerPoint in bathroom so had to climb up onto the middle of the bed (very high) to dry hair in front of only available mirror…..not female friendly. No phone to contact reception, all by internet so also not very friendly.

Nice decor and access to a courtyard. Good location too!
Nice interior decor however having the bathroom sink in the living area, separate to the bathroom was quite odd. This doesnt work when you are traveling with 3 people.
