The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The staff was wonderful, the room clean, and amenities were just fine. Location was perfect. Being in the heart of the city gave us the chance to explore all the city streets, canals and alley ways. Such a fun city to roam and get lost in; just loved it!
Coming from the states (California) we’re smoking is relatively non existent, I was surprised by all the smokers and smoke that lingers in the air. It was a bit hard to withstand it at times. As we are not around it often, we are a bit more sensitive to it. However, to each his own…

3-4 min to Rokin metro station. Rooms were big. Beeakfast was v average

Location, comfortable beds, large room, nice shower room.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free use of safe near reception and stored our bags till time for us to leave.
Bit noisy but can’t be helped because of central location.

I had an amazing stay here! All the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, which made my stay even more comfortable. They even provided a portable heater upon request, so the room stayed perfectly warm.
When the staff realized we were traveling with my elderly parents, they kindly offered us an interconnecting room, which made it much more convenient for our family of four.
The location is right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommended!
