Location: close to all attractions in Amsterdam.
Rooms: Comfortable and clean.
Personnel: All receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
Food: Good breakfast.
I would suggest this hotel to everyone who want to visit Amsterdam and stay in city center.

The location was perfect. Of walking distance to most attractions. The view from our room was beautiful.
The noise... if you think you're going to party all night and sleep in in the morning, it's not going to happen. The street is very noisy in the morning with the people that live there going about their business. Maybe they have more quieter rooms.

Helpful and friendly staff. Secure bicycle parking. Central but quite - perfect location. Comfy room with coffee. Nice breakfast.
Lift to 3, stairs to 4 - quite a climb if you're right at the top as I was. It was 20-degrees C whilst I was there and room was pretty warm - I can imagine that it could get uncomfortably hot up there in high summer.

Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of most attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchenette was nice as well. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect base for exploring the city.
