Spacious family room at very central location
It is classified as a 3 star hotel but in practice it is more of a hostel than a hotel. Very basic facilities.
Not everything is clear. For example, the family room is on the 4th floor and the elevator doesn't go there. Another father, it also didn't work part of the time...so you can imagine the check out experience with all the family’s luggage down by stairs from the 4th floor…

Beautiful hotel. Extremely easy check in and check out. Room was spacious. Price was reasonable. Prime location. Complimentary luggage storage before check in. Would stay here again.

The staff were very nice and friendly.
The room was spacious and clean, but could do with a little bit of modernization.
The location was excellent.
There was a lot of noise from the street, especially with the windows open which was needed due to no air con available.
The price was expensive, but probably relevant given the busy weekend (Sail 2025) and the location.

The location, space in the room and bathroom were great. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The room was warm due to no fans or air con so we had to open the window, and it was a very noisy street so were woken up early in the morning. I understand this is something that is hard to be helped.
