Helpful and friendly staff. Secure bicycle parking. Central but quite - perfect location. Comfy room with coffee. Nice breakfast.
Lift to 3, stairs to 4 - quite a climb if you're right at the top as I was. It was 20-degrees C whilst I was there and room was pretty warm - I can imagine that it could get uncomfortably hot up there in high summer.

Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of most attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchenette was nice as well. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect base for exploring the city.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful. A special thanks to Elisa at reception for her outstanding communication skills and warm, professional service. She made the check-in and overall experience smooth and welcoming.
