The location is perfect, it's walkable to everywhere you need to go in touristy spots. The breakfast was decent good. The front desk peeps were nice and very accommodating. Thank God for the heater! The view by the canal was spectacular bu day and night.
Since the location is in the city center, our room was facing the street so you will hear loud noises coming from people who got drunk outside the streets till late in the evening. You can wear earplugs or just need to pass out to block the noise. The rooms were decent but there's mold by the bathroom. It's like one of those Airbnb hotels.

The room was spacious, and had a powerful shower. The location was great, just a 5 mins walk from the metro meaning we could get around Amsterdam really easily. There was also an array of bars, restaurants and shops close by. The staff were fantastic. The room was clean.
The lighting wasn't great for getting ready, the mattresses were far too soft as were the pillows. Unfortunately, we all left with sore necks. Whilst there was free tea & coffee there was only one breakfast tea.

The hotel is in probably one of the best locations in Amsterdam. We had a canal facing good sized room. The staff were super friendly.
The cleaning of the rooms could have been better. On my first night I realised my bedsheet is dusty and old. However, I went down to the reception and they were kind enough to give me fresh linens that I could put

I was a little scared because of other reviews, but the cleanliness was good, it wasn’t too noisy, the bed was good, everything was excellent…
it doesn't have air conditioning, so it's probably hot in the summer…

The single beds were tiny! It was a lovely room and a great size so a larger twin would have been amazing
