Nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff, good size room
Access to room was through the roof (elevator to 3rd floor, then stairs to roof/level 4, unsafe, uneven flooring on roof with puddles because of rain. No breakfast included even with high nighly price compared to similar hotels. Bathroom was not entirely clean (found ball of hair on floor). Hotel needs some maintenance

The location is perfect, it's walkable to everywhere you need to go in touristy spots. The breakfast was decent good. The front desk peeps were nice and very accommodating. Thank God for the heater! The view by the canal was spectacular bu day and night.
Since the location is in the city center, our room was facing the street so you will hear loud noises coming from people who got drunk outside the streets till late in the evening. You can wear earplugs or just need to pass out to block the noise. The rooms were decent but there's mold by the bathroom. It's like one of those Airbnb hotels.

The staff were great~ very nice an helpful. Everything was clean. Coffee and mini fridge in the room was nice. Luggage storage when needed was bery helpful.

Excellent central location. Close to various public transport. Convenient grocery store located just downstairs.
Pub downstairs was a bit noisy at night, but luckily not open too late. Room was quite basic, very minimal kitchen stuff provided, no kettle.

Location. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The staff was wonderful, the room clean, and amenities were just fine. Location was perfect. Being in the heart of the city gave us the chance to explore all the city streets, canals and alley ways. Such a fun city to roam and get lost in; just loved it!
Coming from the states (California) we’re smoking is relatively non existent, I was surprised by all the smokers and smoke that lingers in the air. It was a bit hard to withstand it at times. As we are not around it often, we are a bit more sensitive to it. However, to each his own…

I had an amazing stay here! All the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, which made my stay even more comfortable. They even provided a portable heater upon request, so the room stayed perfectly warm.
When the staff realized we were traveling with my elderly parents, they kindly offered us an interconnecting room, which made it much more convenient for our family of four.
The location is right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommended!
