Excellent central location. Close to various public transport. Convenient grocery store located just downstairs.
Pub downstairs was a bit noisy at night, but luckily not open too late. Room was quite basic, very minimal kitchen stuff provided, no kettle.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The staff was wonderful, the room clean, and amenities were just fine. Location was perfect. Being in the heart of the city gave us the chance to explore all the city streets, canals and alley ways. Such a fun city to roam and get lost in; just loved it!
Coming from the states (California) we’re smoking is relatively non existent, I was surprised by all the smokers and smoke that lingers in the air. It was a bit hard to withstand it at times. As we are not around it often, we are a bit more sensitive to it. However, to each his own…

I had an amazing stay here! All the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, which made my stay even more comfortable. They even provided a portable heater upon request, so the room stayed perfectly warm. When the staff realized we were traveling with my elderly parents, they kindly offered us an interconnecting room, which made it much more convenient for our family of four. The location is right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommended!

Location. It’s centrally located. Elevator is good, since the stairs would have been challenging with suitcases. Room is large. The kitchen is good to heat up leftovers.
Our quad room’s furniture is very old, one of the dinning chair only have 1 of the 4 screw in place, my family member almost fell down. The mattress is too soft and old. Our 2nd room, the triple room is nicer, has air conditioning. The canal view is a plus.
