Disappointing
The location of the property was prime. Very central is easy to walk to many landmarks.
The rooms in reality do not match the photos. The amenities in the room like coffee maker, stove top, did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was worse.

Very Good
The convenience of the location. The elevator was convenient Check-in was a breeze. Had a wonderful lady helping.
Radiator never worked, but the reception lady did everything she can to get it to work, but it just never did. And that’s a big factor because it was very cold at night. so that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth

Very Good
Excellent location, friendly staff, the room and was very spacious had a small kitchen with all the essentials for a good stay.
The room and specially the bathroom didn't feel spotless clean to be honest and the whole building has an overall "old fashioned" feeling (i believe little things can be done: change of light fixtures, hair dryer, etc)

Exceptional
This hotel is absolutely perfect. It was not only in a fantastic spot, but the staff were beyond amazing! The rooms are spacious, offer wonderful utilities and clean, and the location couldn’t be better. We had a beautiful view of the canal from our room. Could not recommend more. There’s an elevator too which most hotels in the area don’t seem to have so fantastic for luggage. Would recommend to everyone.
Nothing at all.

Wonderful
Location was excellent and very central to city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The staff was very professional and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel especially for a solo traveller.
I would have preferred if there was air conditioning, (just personal choice) but the large fan was adequate at the time as it was not excessively hot.

Good location, comfortable beds.
The room is laid out strangely with multiple steps in odd places. All in all it was okay but wouldn’t highly recommend it.
