Lovely staff. Great location.
We booked a four bed room believing it was the top floor apartment. The booking had pictures of the apartment but when we arrived we were only provided with a second floor room with four beds. Misleading advertising I’m afraid.

Staff was friendly.
Sound proof is very poor. We could hear next room’s conversation early in the morning and because the window is not double glass, pedestrians talking and traffics were noisy until 2 o’clock in the morning and start 6am again. You literally cannot sleep.

Location only
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The bathroom and rooms were in poor condition, with old furnishings that gave a neglected feel. The doors didn't work properly, and there was no kitchen available for use, which added to the inconvenience. For more than 1,000 euros I paid for 3 nights, the room definitely did not meet the standard or value expected. Sadly, this has been the worst hotel experience I've had, and I would not recommend it.

Great location in the heart of centro! We just watched out the window on so many occasions, watching the world go by. My aunt walks with a cane, and we loved how convenient the hotel was to everything we wanted to see.
The staff was great, the location was amazing, the historic building was just so fun - we loved it all!
