Very good location in the center, near railway station and public transportation. Good breakfast and nice staff.
Since the location is next to a busy street, you have to accept a lot of noise and church bells.

Nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff, good size room
Access to room was through the roof (elevator to 3rd floor, then stairs to roof/level 4, unsafe, uneven flooring on roof with puddles because of rain. No breakfast included even with high nighly price compared to similar hotels. Bathroom was not entirely clean (found ball of hair on floor). Hotel needs some maintenance

Cold room, even after trying to adjust the temperature remained cold.

The location was perfect, in the centre. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Room was large, like a small apartment, having a kitchen and dinning area with a small sofa.
Bathroom was clean and practical.
Our room in particular didn't quite have a view, looking at the back side of other buildings, but as we came to roam around that was not important.
I hope they add the missing piece of the blackout curtain, in the room we stayed at, as it was not there so the sunlight was entertaining to room.
Luckily we came during the winter, so sun was not too strong and not as early, but still.
