The location, the downstairs pub and the service was lovely. We were also able to safely store our luggage while we were traveling the city which was very helpful.
Our shared bathroom did not have toilet paper the two days we were there and we coud hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly.

Exce, Lent position near station..but surprisingly quiet. Canal view nice. Staff really nice. Bar lovely. Cat a bonus! Kettle in room useful
Room furniture a bit scruffy. A small fridge in the room would have been useful.

Rooms are clean, warm and very close to Centraal Station and everything. Staff are nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and families ❤️ Oh and one more thing…Gio and Mickey really are make our day!

They rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. Also I would say its good value for money.
