Isabel & Eva from food and beverage department were amazing in securing a table for dinner at one of the restaurants (all full). Their kindness was so appreciated. Staff at all restaurants were exceptional. And the Sazanka Japanese restaurant was so good. We were really impressed!
One thing that was deeply disappointing was the lack of flexibility from some front desk employees. We had no reservations for dinner and we were told that there was not a single table available in the four restaurants of the hotel, which may happen. But what was disappointing was the absolute unwillingness of the staff to be helpful in any way other than making the obvious but ridiculous point that we could order room service from the room (for instance, by putting us on a waiting list, as there are always no show cases). We double checked later, and the same staff member said over the phone without even taking the trouble to check that the situation had not changed. We had other instances of unhelpful attitude, which makes us confident that we will think twice before coming back.
The spa area is ok (however, the pool is too cold to really appreciate it)

Hood hotel and amazing stuff ! The only thing that house keeping wasnt really good! They do their job as basic! Also the receptionist in the rooftop bar was so rude and didnt allow me to see the restaurant , location not so close to center. The atmosphere was so good but theres better hotels for same price

We booked connecting rooms for 6 nights and when we checked in initally they told us no connecting room is available at that moment, but they have tried their best to solve this problem and finally offer us to a higher grading connecting room which is unexpected. Besides that, all the staff are kind, professional and helpful. The breakfast is also amazing with many choices of food.

The rooms and facilities are extremely comfortable, staff is super friendly and the hotel is very family friendly. The location is great. We have stayed here several times already, and we will definitely return in the future.
Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3.30 PM, we had to wait until 4.30 PM even though it is mentioned check in is from 3.00 PM onwards. It did not bother us too much, though it was a bit unexpected.

The hotel location fitted our vacation plans. There is a tram stop a few meters from the hotel. The tram line has stops in the major attractions. The hotel has many the amenities, excellent staff, and a relaxed pleasant atmosphere.
I do not have any dislike.
