Firstly, all of the staff from approaching the front doors were on point and gave outstanding service. Special thanks to Kenza and both gentlemen who helped with my suitcases and finally Kaede and the staff in Sazanka Teppanyaki (best meal ever!)

Yamazato restaurant was excellent. Food in general was very good. Our junior suite was large and comfortable, except for the bathroom.
The bathroom was too small and uncomfortable.
