We booked two rooms at the property, and an extra amount was charged to my credit card. We exchanged several emails, and I sent my credit card statements, the dates of the transactions, and all the necessary details. However, an additional amount was taken from my card apart from the city tax. The total amount that I paid is much higher than the price shown on Booking.com, and they are refusing to acknowledge this in any way.
