The front desk was very friendly, and we were able to check in slightly earlier than check-in time, and leave our baggage after checkout. The room is nice for four of us. Good to travel around to visit Museums and places of interests. A few minutes walk from the nearby tram station to Central station.

Very friendly staff - we were able to borrow an umbrella and the lady at the breakfast bar gave us free cakes two days in a row. Good value for money.

The location of the hotel was nice. Staff is helpful, room was clean.
The TV in the room was not working neither the coffee machine. Room was extremely small

Comfortable bed and location is very conveniently located 8 min walk from the metro. Located next to delicious Thai restaurant down the street. Quirky and modern decor, on the small size reminds me of hotels in Japan. Felt very safe
Floor is cold and kind of dusty. Room service accidentally broke my boyfriends cologne, not a big deal accidents happen. But I thought it was weird how they forgot to give us towels the next day too..

Location is excellent. Tram stop is a short walk. Quiet, off major streets. Nice sitting area for coffee whenever desired. Pleasing accommodations. Friendly staff.
Room entirely too small, in my opinion. Even for European expectations. Having lived in Europe and travelled extensively in many countries, I expected smaller but was surprised at the useable space in this room. It was difficult for two people to move around. A bed for two that has one side flush with the wall is not comfortable. This lack of space is true for the bathroom.
