Great stay at Hotel MAI Amsterdam!
Clean comfortable rooms with a lovely view from the window. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, close to attractions and transport. Cozy atmosphere and attention to detail.
Only small downside: the coffee machine was leaking.

A perfectly modern hotel, nice and cosy. Centrally located in the heart of Amsterdam. Just a short walk away from all the noise and shopping. Roms are modern and clean. I ve been there several times and will return surely on my next visit.

Our executive room on the 3rd floor on the canal was amazing. Loved the decor and the size.
Super well located and the staff were all really nice.
i think bottled water could have been provided rather than tap water for the price of the room.
if you turn the wrong way you are very quickly in the red light district.
Housekeeping is between 3 and 5pm which i found odd.

Exceleent property in a canal street, a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. Room was surprisingly spacious and got a room with a nice canal view. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Good wifi
Very strict on 3pm check-in even if you tell them in advance when you will be arriving.
A lot of care needed coming down the stairs in the Loft room.
No noise insulation.

The staff were excellent. Very cheerful, helpful and clear. The location was spot on with good access to everything we needed. I loved the decor and the vibe of the place.
I would have liked the AC to have worked quicker, the room was very hot when we first got there. I would also have liked to be able to open a window. And the particular room we were in seemed to be below some stairs or similar, it was very noisy with people moving about above us a lot and doors being closed loudly.
