Location good, staff good, breakfast was good, plenty to eat but same every day. Room clean, great hot shower.
No bar fridge in room, longline milk used in coffee machine. Hallway to our room required extra lighting very dark.

Great location
The reception staff were talking so loudly at 6.45 am in the morning that it woke me up in my room. Yelling, laughing, private stories. I could hear it word for word. I stayed here work and worked late the night before so this is the last thing you want when staying at a hotel. At night you can hear everything other people say as well. Room was nice enough, no streaming abilities on the tv but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Absolutely NOT worth the money because of the noise.

Hotel Mai is conveniently located to explore all key sights of Amsterdam. The staff are very friendly. Bed was comfortable, king size, with a variety of pillows to choose from.
We had a room facing the canal and we could not open the windows. There was noise from the street both nights, so that was an issue. The room is very dark, lighting is odd, not enough light at all. Also, there are no hooks in the bathroom at all, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was too pricey at 20 Euro per person.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and informative. The room was large and very quiet.

I was robbed!! I will write briefly, I chose the hotel based on reviews and paid quite a lot,
I stayed for 3 nights, I came in the evening and I did not find 2 perfumes, the total value of which was 600€, I informed the administration, what made me laugh the most was their indifferent attitude, they denied the fact and to the end, not even the manager was bothered! I was wearing gold and valuables on my hand, and they stole my Nisha perfume. They clearly have taste.
Do not trust this hotel, they are protecting a thief, a cleaner or a staff member.
Tomorrow they will rob you too and blame you here.
