Location was very good for exploring various neighborhoods. Room was clean and the staff were pleasant. There was a leaky sink that was addressed immediately, although we noticed more leaking the morning we left.
Cost was more for 3 nights Amsterdam than for 7 nights in Scotland and London, which were larger rooms and several included breakfast.

Location. Direct bus and trams to city centre as well as airport. Could also walk into the city centre within 30 minutes. Also, the location was in the museum district and was surprisingly very quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The location in the Museum district was excellent. The hotel room was roomy and well desinged
The bath had a jacuzzi tub which was very deep and hard to get in and out of for showering. Not recommended for older people or anyone with physical challenges. Breakfast was expensive and not great.

Location
An “Executive” room in -1 Floor. In fact, for the first time ever in my life I stayed in a hotel room which was underground with small windows on the ceiling. When asked about this, I was told I booked too late. This should have been mentioned in booking.com and those rooms should be taken out of allocation. I booked single adult and queen bed, but was given twin beds which were not very clean. There was no bottled water in the room and the mini bar was empty. There were a lot of noise after 8:00am probably to add to the underground experience.

Location awesome. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Andreas was great.
Walls paper thin. Seemed very expensive for the neighborhood. Other rooms were cheaper but we did not want to move after we got settled.

This hotel and its staff are incredible! The hotel itself is super comfortable. The rooms are very large. The staff took such great care of us and there were so many special touches added to our stay. The location is stellar. There are several tram stops right there and the museums are just one street over. I'm definitely going to be back and I will be moving all my clients to this hotel as well.
