A spacious room with a beautiful view and a balcony. The hotel has a stylish design and a quiet atmosphere, away from the noise and bustle of the city.
There are bus and tram stops near the hotel, providing convenient transportation to the central station.
We really enjoyed the rooftop and main restaurant bars. The cocktails were delicious, and the service was excellent. The view from the rooftop bar was especially impressive.
Maybe we were just unlucky, but when we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we were not given any basic information about the hotel, such as breakfast and spa opening hours, general information about the city, how to get to the Old Town, or similar details. Normally, you usually receive this kind of information when traveling, but as I said, maybe our expectations were too high.
The breakfast was not the best either. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a better experience.
The hotel is not located near the Old Town, so if you plan to travel on foot, it will take around 20–30 minutes to get there.

Extraordinary hotel with river view and great wellness opportunities. Close to the central station and still not a noisy area around. Absolute recommendation.
Despite the generally pricy environment in Amsterdam, the prices for the room were a bit high. We nevertheless enjoyed the stay, but would definitely reconsider a second stay simply due to pricing.

Tasty breakfast, with lots of delicious plates to choose from. Egg menu it’s a plus. You can get there by direct bus from Amsterdam Centraal. Clean rooms.
Spa area is a bit small and used. Furniture in a room was chipped.

Hotel excellent. Massage superb! Staff engaged, helpful, accommodating and welcoming.
Location not as close to centre as we thought. Hotel quite pricey. Breakfast very basic but had choices.

Staff was excellent. Room clean, meals were very good.
Just a small thing. Staff were unaware there is a rather close (unmarked) hop on/ hop off bus stop #2 close to hotel, don't need to walk all the way to the train station for guests using it.
