Staff was excellent. Room clean, meals were very good.
Just a small thing. Staff were unaware there is a rather close (unmarked) hop on/ hop off bus stop #2 close to hotel, don't need to walk all the way to the train station for guests using it.

Wow…this hotel is amazing! It is beautiful, inside and out, the rooms were generous and comfortable, the showers were great, the breakfast was generous and delicious. We were really impressed. Special thanks to Lisa who helped us keep our specialised medication frozen during our stay - she was so kind, proactive and helpful.
The location is the only drawback - it’s a 30 min walk into the city centre or a 10-15 min Uber/Bolt/Taxi ride. The cost of public transport made a taxi cheaper for 4. Just something to plan and budget for, this hotel is definitely worth it.

Very exiting environment
Felt very on display as you can sit in a cafe and watch people at the pool. Way to many emails and to long communication directly from the hotel. Made it to complicated and time consuming to check in and out.

The property is somewhat reasonably priced and is located closer to the area where the river cruise ships leave.
The hotel only has two elevators on one side of the building and the bathroom for guests eating in the dining room is down two sets of stairs. The dining menu is limited and it should be expanded.
