Very exiting environment
Felt very on display as you can sit in a cafe and watch people at the pool. Way to many emails and to long communication directly from the hotel. Made it to complicated and time consuming to check in and out.

The property is somewhat reasonably priced and is located closer to the area where the river cruise ships leave.
The hotel only has two elevators on one side of the building and the bathroom for guests eating in the dining room is down two sets of stairs. The dining menu is limited and it should be expanded.

Clean , modern , great breakfast
25-30 min walk into Amsterdam center, public transport available with a 5 minute walk. We did use Uber as much as I don’t like the company it did make getting around easier.

The staff are the hotel's greatest asset. They are welcoming, friendly, very approachable and eager to help.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was large, well equipped and had the most comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast provided a number of options for all tastes.

Very Poor
The hotel was clean , staff friendly !
But the service 0 , no kid’s menu and meniu very poor options, and the fridge in the room empty no water first time in my life when the hotel didn’t have nothing in the fridge, seriously never I come back , after that my husband order some food for the centre !
Very disappointed!
