The staff are the hotel's greatest asset. They are welcoming, friendly, very approachable and eager to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was large, well equipped and had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast provided a number of options for all tastes.

The hotel was clean , staff friendly !
But the service 0 , no kid’s menu and meniu very poor options, and the fridge in the room empty no water first time in my life when the hotel didn’t have nothing in the fridge, seriously never I come back , after that my husband order some food for the centre ! Very disappointed!

Very clean, the trees and plants in the hotel just gave it such a serene, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and the restaurant food was A+ not to mention breakfast was amazing!
Honestly there is nothing about the property that I can say I disliked!

The drain in the bathroom/ bathtub smelled terrible. We had to open the balcony door every day due to it.

I loved everything about my stay at Hotel Jakarta. The room was stunning and bed was very comfortable, bathroom had a bathtub and shower and the room had a balcony with a stunning view of the river and city. The staff were helpful and friendly and was gifted us free drinks for my birthday with our breakfast. The wellness lounge was amazing and the highlight for me - I had a facial treatment and enjoyed using the sauna and swimming pool. The cafe was also great and rhe pastries were unique and tasty. It was a short tram ride to the city centre and I enjoyed being more on the outskirts of the city as it was peaceful. Me and my partner got engaged on this trip which made the whole experience extra special and we will definitely be returning to Amsterdam and the hotel in the future.
