Atmosphere was nice. Staff was great. Food was fantastic.
Turn on a/c in the rooms! What a miserable night in the heat and humidity. I don't travel half way around the world and pay a premium price to not have any a/c. Also the room layout is horrible... who designs s room where the entrance is through the bathroom and no privacy in the shower. What a terrible design.

What would’ve been really nice if he had a bus service from the airport to your hotel that was a little scary knowing that you’re in a different country and trying to get to your hotel, the taxi service are too much a rip off according to Google that we should only pay €86 they get from the airport to your hotel But the taxi service they are knowing that out of town they want to charge you they want to charge you €180 and when I saw all these other buses with the hotel name on it, I thought that would be great. That way you know you’re not gonna get ripped off.

Exceptional hotel, clean and modern furnishings and of course the interior jungle garden is the real highlight. We stayed in a waterfront room in the part with the jungle/atrium (I i think only the first 5 or 6 floors are located on this atrium, so if you want to enjoy this vibe take that into account). Front desk staff was friendly and took into account my request for twin beds. I really liked the in-house restaurant, we went there for dinner as well.
We also enjoyed a lovely massage at the Wellcome Spa, which is located in the hotel. Just a very short bus/tram ride away from the central station and center if you don't feel like walking or the weather isn't good.
Efficiency at the front desk--there was a giant group checking in before my sister (who only had to get her keycard, as I had already checked in) and she stood in line for nearly 25 minutes as a result--seems like 1 staff member could have been allocated to check in guests not belonging to this group.

Wonderful
Hotel has a great restaurant and bar on the main level and also near the roof. Breakfast was very nice as well. Neighborhood was residential. No customer coming in at all hours drunk as you see in other parts of the city.
I paid for an expensive room and then learned that it faced the ugly part of the city. Full of river cruise passengers - whereas I prefer my business hotel to be full of business people.

Bridge was closed. Every uber I ordered canceled. Hotel should’ve placed a red note that guests wouldn’t be able to leave the hotel through cabs only walking. Which takes 45 mins to reach a street where uber will pick u up.

So much greenery! You really feel like you are somewhere exotic. The common areas and restaurant especially nice. One of the best breakfast spreads! Lots of choices. And the best part—the staff! All so friendly and helpful. Finally, nice to have a pool and spa.
The room was very basic. We had a room with a balcony but the balcony was very small and enclosed. Not worth paying extra for. Wish there had been hair conditioner in the bathroom. The location wasn’t really near anything. Required Uber to get anywhere. We did enjoy walking over the bridge but not much on the other side.

The design and atmosphere of the hotel are absolutely beautiful — calm, tropical, and relaxing. The staff were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks and small treats they brought to the room — a very nice gesture that made me feel welcome.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location is great, close to the central train station and the airport.
We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 a.m. and left our luggage before going to explore the city. When we returned around 3 p.m., our room was unfortunately not ready yet, so we had to wait for more than an hour. It would have been nice to be offered some water or coffee while waiting.

Wonderful
Amazing hotel / botanical garden. Pool, bars, food are all exceptional.
Hotel policy is to have the credit card you paid your stay with online (via booking in my case) with you at check in. "Hotel is paid with already but we have to see that card"? This is not practical when traveling for business and company books your stay.
