The location is great for a quiet stay, but the bus stop just outside makes it accessible to the main train and bus station. The staff are warm and friendly, and nothing is a bother. We had to leave early, so a breakfast package was arranged for us. The meals in the restaurant are superb, and the breakfast was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic weekend or stay. We will be coming back.
Not really a hate point, just an observation. There was no toaster at the bread point; however, I'm sure if someone wanted toast, they could ask. Apart from that, nothing. Though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly crew, very clean and comfortable. The hotel decor is unique and special.
The cooling system form the floor is not enough in the summer
Breakfast was fresh and good but no vegetables. In Amsterdam you would expect more cheese variety.
The hotel is a bit far from the center.

Amazing location with breathtaking views of the waterfront !! Super clean and big rooms !! Malabar - the rooftop bar is a must visit with amazing 180 deg views of the sunset and the whole of Brussels !! Super amicable and accommodating staff !!
Open shower area in the rooms - not for people who like their privacy during the shower !! Accessing rooms on the top floor are quite challenging for people who can be afraid of heights as the pathway across s quite narrow and gives you an amazing view of the forest landscape down below !!

Hotel unique in design. Room had fantastic views floor to ceiling overlooking the river. Hotel left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you. Restaurant offered a great variety of food for breakfast. Cocktail bar beautifully designed again with great views and really tasty food unusually presented. Bikes to hire onsite which we used. Great bakery onsite too.
