I like the atmosphere and the decoration, in the room we’re very comfortable, everything looks new and clean. Amazing food at the restaurant and very nice breakfast as well
I had a problem with the payment, I ended it up paying a bit more, I raised my concern and the hotel refund the money.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities on site and lovely staff.
The bathroom situation is a little weird, but you get used to it after a day or two.

So much greenery! You really feel like you are somewhere exotic. The common areas and restaurant especially nice. One of the best breakfast spreads! Lots of choices. And the best part—the staff! All so friendly and helpful. Finally, nice to have a pool and spa.
The room was very basic. We had a room with a balcony but the balcony was very small and enclosed. Not worth paying extra for. Wish there had been hair conditioner in the bathroom. The location wasn’t really near anything. Required Uber to get anywhere. We did enjoy walking over the bridge but not much on the other side.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the facilities were clean and appealing. The location of the hotel is also very central and easy to get to. Will definitely be staying here again!

Location was great. Staff were amazing Breakfast was phenominal. Pool was ok. Room with view was lovely.
Slippers provided were very cheap.
